You provably should try and eat a lot less of everything since your off cycle and give the body a break. The amount of abuse we go through with cycles and training is horrendous to our health. I know I was looking forward to the end of my cycle when I was at week 10. It’s tough on the body. You likely won’t lose much size or strength during the off phase since you know how to train properly.So you reckon cutting up chicken, steaks and fish to around 200g sized portions would be more ideal than 250?
I can do that. I’ll start next meal onwards between 180 to 200g portion per meal.

Easy I’ll do this. 2 x 10mg per week. I have proper pharm grade aromasin straight from a pharmacy. So I’ll take it today and ThursdayI cut my aromasin down to 10mg twice per week while using 250mg Test E per week. I don’t want to crash my E2 too much.
I really don’t think it matters too much. It wouldn’t hurt to eat in a shorter window tk give the digestive tract a beak. Heck try some 20 hour fasts once a week and see how you feel. Yeah I wasn’t planning on blasting for another 3 or 4 weeks but since yesterday I either tore/strain bicep who knows how long now.I don’t think you need to reduce your food drastically, unless you are holding bodyfat. But you are also not not ready to blast, you need to get health markers in check a bit more first. Blood donation, Ip6, red yeast rice extract and/or some citrus bergamot, there’s a few things I would suggest to be honest

I’m still running igf1 as I haven’t stopped it. My urination problem has gone back to normal and I found out I don’t have diabetes and a scan showed no prostate issues nor enlargement.
I do have a question for experienced users. Once my cruise is done
I have 3 more weeks of my cruise left also 2 weeks left for the igf1
Once I jump into my blast can I use insulin or should I wait? Not sure if you have to wait a while before using insulin after igf or can I start it when I blast

I’ll be donating blood this week and next week aswel so that parts nonissue. Liver i hve urisidiol which helps more than any other liver tabs and cholesterol im on other supps I know that help it.

I’m still going to wait and get markers into place.
Donate blood this Friday and bring liver enzymes down and in 3 weeks do bloods again.

the bloods are not good, high estrogen high prolactin
high alt ast and urea, kidney and liver problems
overall bloods out of whack not good
Update
I came back from drs and it seems to be a bicep strain and not a bad tear.
I’ll be taking time off upper body but still be working lower body and Abs. then next week I’ll do some light band work for left bicep before I go to the gym and use machines at light weight.

Prolactin aswel but I am going to use aromasin twice a week through my cruise. And find something to drop prolactin.
Urea they told me on the day of my blood test that I am dehydrated as it shows how slow bloods were coming out. I didn’t drink no water around 8pm and didn’t feel like water in the morning as I wasn’t thirsty tbh.
AST and alt are high but that Maby cause I trained hard the day before but I know it was from the anadrol and anavar so I know that will still take time.
Remember these bloods are 3 weeks after my blast so I wasn’t expecting bloods to look the greatest.
Would you know what dose of aromasin would be good for now with 250mg so I can lower estro? Also what would be a good dose for caber for prolactin?

you should lower your doses and stay on sports TRT 300mgs testosterone/week
and calm your bloods down for 4 weeks before going further
and your diet training not clear on the udpates

Yeah I’m not planning on jumping on till things are sorted but remember I was using anadrol and anavar start and end of cycle. I train real hard and harder then most, this is why I train alone cause people can’t keep up.
Diet hasn’t changed much I only lowered carbs down a bit and same with protein. Example
200g chicken and 180g jasmine rice.
I will be adding more fruits and cranberry/pomegranate juice aswel
Aromasin 12.5mg twice a week

True.you're supposed to fast ahead of blood work so I'm not sure why they always pulled your dehydrated crap whenever a number is off

Im only using the test, no orals no gh no insulin. I stopped igf last week and I am using vitamins and a cycle support tablets right now.
