@Skays you going to do the Dave cutting or bulking? because his cutting diets are mainly low carbs high fat it seems, even higher sodium then most

These are just 2 meals but majority is like this. Next meal I’ll post up its Greek yoghurt with blueberries/wpi/almond butter

Hey guys, so today after a full week off training due to my bicep tear/strain I’m going back into the gym today

Shoulders is what I plan on doing. I’m going to be doing mostly isolation exercises with light weight and high reps.
side lateral raise
Front dumbell raise
Rear delt raise
Machine press (very light and strict)
Giant set of first 3 exercises for a good pump.

I’m going to try get a pump and also do ez bar bicep curls with no weight for reps to get some blood and pump in there for healing even further.

Just a small update nothing much since I’m still healing.

Last night I started caber to bring prolactin down as bloods say they are high and I took half tab at night. Midway through the night I had a woody randomly and today o just been horny as.

I trained back and shoulders the other day just to get a feel. I can do rows and pull downs but I’m not pushing heavy but instead just high reps for now.

Today I did chest and when I tried to do bench press for 100kg I backed off cause I can feel it and didn’t wanna risk it so I repped out bench 60kg for 40 reps and did some incline machine press and some pec deck.

Tomorro I have off training but Thursday I’ll be doing arms, hopefully I can start pushing more load next week and when I’m ready and 100% I can start dieting down and drop some bodyfat and some size down before next blast doing Dave palumboe cutting diet program.

Can’t really give much update as all I can do is minimal at the gym and work around injury. But Sunday I’ll be going back to normal if tomorrow traininf shows relief. Just a lot of rehab work for now.
 
I am quite impressed with what your diet is like
