My pre workout is Rockstar and cialis. When my cut starts I will have black coffee and cialis for pre workout. Usually I train fasted. I only think people need to have food in their system is if they are in a bulk or taking insulin. I feel I get a much better anabolic effect if I train fasted and then get all my cals for the day after my workout is done. Got to take advantage of the natural insulin spike and nutrient loading for that critical 5-6 hour window.
