Quick intro about me 24, currently 100kg 6’0 tall, training 5 years, working with a iffb pro as my coach with the goal of becoming a pro. Isn’t my first cycle, goal is to smack on some size and compete early next year.

Tuesday: push-cheat meal
Wednesday: pull
Thursday:rest
Friday: push
Saturday: pull- cheat meal
Sunday: rest
35 mins intense cardio daily expect leg day
Diet: macros and calories are:
Calories 3000 P294 F40 C346
2 cheats meals a week as above
Food will be increased as need it’s currently 4 meals 2 shakes a day
