nautilus super pullover: 120lbs x16 120lbs x 13 100lbs x 15

Chest support tbar: 80lbs x 13 100lbs x10

Latpulldowns: 90lbs x 15 110lbs x 10 90lbs x 12

Neutral rows(machine single arm): 70lbs x 12 70lbs x 10

Hammer curls
Preacher curl

Not adding weight for isolation work

Why Anadrol? Simply what my coach and I decided, yes dbol is also a good choice

The arimidex is definitely being taken

Training details are coming going to try and get a few updates a week and do check in every Saturday with photos

Those weights are kinda light

Only answer to that is I train at this gym that the owner has custom built machines being 1/1 and they are all cables with plates that say just go up numerically ig 1,2,3,4 so I assumed it’s pounds cause he dumbbells are pounds.

2 whole eggs
4 egg whites
50 grams carbs from cream of rice
150 grams fruit
2 pieces toast

Meal #2
6oz lean chicken
9oz cup jasmine rice veggies

Meal #3 (pre workout)
6oz chicken
9oz jasmine rice
1 rice Krispie treat
Veggies

Intra workout
10 grams BCAA/EAA

Meal #4 (Post workout)
50 grams whey protein
50 grams formula 19

Meal #5
9oz chicken, lean turkey, or white fish
10oz potato
Large salad

Meal #6
50 grams whey protein
2 tbsp natural PB
 
I agree you will be injured if you dont increase fats, like omega 3 fats, add fish oil ed 2-3 tbsp.
 
Honestly your morning meal should have more protein, you could close the breakfast with a protein shake and 1tbsp of fish oil.

My local gym has that. I just put it down as 10p (10 plates). It's a lot easier than saying they're double ratio cable machines so 10p is 100kg and 60% is 60kg
