haven't seen donkey calf raise in a while

The old school gym has a donkey calf raise machine rare to see in most gyms these days.wr was teenager get you mates sit on your back and do it 😊

Incline machine press 80kg 2 sets 15 reps 70kg 12 reps+ drop set
Lateral raises (machine)
Decline press + flys decline press 120kg x 15 2 sets 10kg x 10 2 sets
Push downs
Skull crushers
neutral grip press (to Load triceps like a close grip bench) 50kg 15 reps x 3 sets
Front raises+ laterals (dumbbells)

No diet change but I do have a check in tomorrow with my coach so I’ll update tomorrow along with morning weight and more

diet exactly the same everyday? that not good
 
Second week done weight is up to 101.5kg first thing in the morning

No diet change for all those asking and yeah I have the same meals everyday.

Anyways feeling great in the gym feeling stronger each work out by a decent amount as you would assume

Sorry for going Mia crazy busy with work so just no time to post but I’ll give a quick update weight is up to 105kg. Do look a like fluffy might need to reel it in a little but could just be some water retention that will settle

Training has been great strong af good pumps and progress every session I’ll post some photos up this weekend.

Also will be getting a new coach only mentioning since there might be a change in my whole set up (training, diet etc) but I’ll keep you all informed as best I can.

As mentioned before appreciate all the support and advice, it’s good to see everyone opinions and sharing thoughts

its okay, try and be consistent with updates to keep yourself honest
 
Quick coach update left because I was basically getting no help I would ask a question and either get no response or get whatever you wanna do. I would ask for advice and just get the same, like brother I’m paying you for advice and guidance if your answer is always do whatever I want why the fuck am I paying you. I also knew he was giving other clients real help, calls and more messaging he would only reply to me once a week. So obviously time for a change.
