are you planning to start updating training?
 
We could all recommend diff coaches for different reasons. Ultimately it’s your choice
 
Push day was yesterday some quick comments about it are:

incline bench 100x10 100x8
decline press 4 sets 20 reps 3 plates a side
Nothing else really worth mentioning just note all lifts are progressing (take my word for it I guess)

Pull day today:

Pull over 4 sets 20x 115kg
Lat pull downs 90kg x 15 2 sets
Machine row (single handed) 60kg x 10 2 sets


Diet:

Diet is the same as mentioned looking for a new coach so nothing new, I know the importance of diet so I am currently working on getting a new coach asap since diet is 90% of all the results so bare with me on this.

on the diet, why do you need a coach? we can help you with diet, lets see what you eat now and we can help you adjust it.

I coach many competitors now.
 
diet doesnt have to be perfect, share it and we'll help you adjust it as your coaches, I coach 8 comeptitors now.
