Cycle log-breezy-bulking 2023

Push day was yesterday some quick comments about it are:

incline bench 100x10 100x8
decline press 4 sets 20 reps 3 plates a side
Nothing else really worth mentioning just note all lifts are progressing (take my word for it I guess)

Pull day today:

Pull over 4 sets 20x 115kg
Lat pull downs 90kg x 15 2 sets
Machine row (single handed) 60kg x 10 2 sets

Diet:

Diet is the same as mentioned looking for a new coach so nothing new, I know the importance of diet so I am currently working on getting a new coach asap since diet is 90% of all the results so bare with me on this.

Photo is from a push day about a week ago but it’s a front shot for you all

keep it comin bro

Donkey calf raise
5 setsx20 reps top set 240 pounds

Pec deck
200 pounds x 20 2 sets

Incline db press
90 pounds x 6
70 pounds x 10 with 3 second negs

Decline press
220 pounds x 8
200x 10 drop 160 x 7 drop 100x 11

Standing dip machine

240 pounds x 11
220 pounds x 14

Changing up training
“Push day will be chest shoulders and biceps”

“Pull say is back and triceps”

Seen some stuff about training them like this to maximise muscle recruitment since they aren’t taxed from the workout. Since my arms suck might as well give it a go. Tried it in todays workout and felt good was stronger than I would have normally been and pump was great.

As per the stuff about a coach I’m looking for a coach now ish so we can get to know each other well so when we do a show he as an understanding of me and how my body reacts to things. My opinion you should work with a coach before a show prep so you have a Better chance at getting a good result.

Not good news got a bad case of the “man flue” haven’t trained for a few days no biggie I’m recharged now and ready to go. only small down side was a loss in 2kg from lack of eating but I’ll get it back so no stress, just keeping honest.
