i did test e and tren last year no idea what i was doing messed me up so just want to do a cycle as free from sides as possible while putting some size on was thinking test e 300 twice a week and primo what u think i’m also ok on dbol but does make me have hair loss
@Leesky100 test e you can do 200mgs 2x
but primo you can do 200 2x
dbol no way better stick to no orals if you have hairloss
primo can cause hairloss issues too btw

hows the training, updates for us?
 
i’m 55 done 2 cycles previous over a year a go 200 pounds ish and quite strict with diet and training i sleep a solid 8 hours never miss my problems are gyno hair loss and labido loss on last cycle want to bulk but with the gut , i lost my way last year kept on training did a mini cut got clean
my training split is

mon push
tues pull
we’d legs
thursday rest
friday rest
sat repeat

eg diet day
fasted cardio bike 30 mins
meal 1
60g porridge
blue berries and 50g of isolate protein
train
meal 2 200 g chicken with rice and pineapple

meal 3 200 g mince steak with potatoe

meal 4 fish with greens

meal 5 usually yoghurt and raspberries with dark chocolate

i take creative and bcaa nothing else supplement wise

just started back 2 weeks eating clean as above
but out body fat back on feel like not got much size and would like to progress in a safe but productive way first pic a year ago last pic recent

Great start. Start focused on training and diet. Log everything so we can help
