Approved Log Cycle - Training - Diet - Supplement Log

True, the oils have been good to me except I let the estrogen get out of hand (to much test) and have struggled to level out. Keeps crashing and spiking.

The main issue was the Var though, my tendons are minced from the fast strength increase and it pretty much prevented me from training anything substantially for the entire second half of the cycle. Next time I am going zero orals.

The 1st half of the cycle was amazing, bloods good and I felt great. Then it all blew up real quick and I been in damage control since.
@aussie.muncher var does the same to me and my tendons man.

My 2c bro, the stack is fine but where some issues were introduced is - first cycle should have been focused on seeing how your body responds to testosterone. Seeing how you respond to aromatization and learn the best way to control e2 that suits your body's response. Nandrolone in first cycle, 19nors sides are tricky regardless as individual response varies significantly from person to person and deca being such a long ester is always going to problematic trying to cut it out if and when sides show up. Npp would have been a better option for your first run with Nandrolone as when problems come about you could have cut it a lot quicker. Last one is the var, not sure if you had bloods dont prior and seen where your organ health way at but this always a must. Biggest thing brother is you introduced 3 variables, larger dose test/19nor/oral, on a first run so was will always be an issue seeing which compound caused you the drama or if they all contributed. Heal up and rest the body come back and try just a higher test cycle maybe? Learn how much training your body can handle whilst getting enough recovery. Try different nutritional approaches in the meantime to see your bodies response. Don't give up though bro just reset, readjust and try again. All the best legend 🙌
Great advice man and I have saved this one into the memory banks for the future. I'll never give up man its not an option 💪
Thanks for the feedback.

100% agree with stopping. These are some serious side effects. You were experiencing
Im back on 1ml test-e per week split in 2. And I already feel alot better.
I wasn't silly and listened to my body, I cut the var 2 weeks early as well during cycle, also used aromain and Nolvadex to try and control the estrogen, I even dropped test and deca dosage but I think once the symptoms showed up it was to late. No matter what I did things got worse but now I am feeling better on TRT, time to recover and regroup. I learned a lot from this.

Do you get blood tests?

My first cycle was 300 test and 400 primo i purposely picked gear i knew was low sides easy to mange and give me a hassle free cycle, i was worried to much that what you went through i would go through and i didnt want any of that, so i took the low and slow approach.

AI i would have deployed day 1 and did an eod protocol with that and made sure my numbers stabilized well within range.

Even with experience if you take years off never jump into the deep end of the pool, 19nors are incredibly hard and fickle, npp would have been the better choice.

Plus i would have cut that test dose in half, better starting out conservative then going for the home run, majority of these sides could have been prevented and avoided.

I wish you a speedy healthy and better recovery brother.

You taking N2guard

Forum Log Update – Ending the Cycle 3 Week Early

Hey guys,
Sorry I’ve been MIA for a little while. Honestly, I just haven’t felt like checking in — the side effects really got the better of me, and I was too disheartened by how things were going. I didn’t want to come in here with negativity, but now that I’ve had a bit of time to think, I wanted to give you all a proper update.

Latest Measurements (April 04)

Here’s where I landed on my last check-in:

  • Weight: 75kg
  • Neck: 39.5cm
  • Shoulders: 122.5cm
  • Chest: 107cm
  • Biceps (L/R): 36.4cm / 37cm
  • Forearms (L/R): 29cm / 29cm
  • Waist: 97cm
  • Hips: 98.5cm
  • Thighs (L/R): 54.5cm / 55cm
  • Calves (L/R): 38cm / 38cm

Compared to my last update on March 17, it’s pretty clear things have started moving in the wrong direction, actually I am smaller than when I started this cycle. Weight is down 2kg, thighs and shoulders shrunk slightly, and overall tightness and strength just haven’t been there. Some of this is water loss, some likely inflammation dropping — but overall, I’ve felt like I’ve been fighting my own body every step of the way.

Side Effects Since Last Update

This is where the cycle fell apart for me. I’ve had an absolute onslaught of side effects since the last post:

  • Severe injection site inflammation – One glute got so red, hot, and swollen I was seriously worried it was turning into an abscess. I am seeing a Dr today as I believe I need antibiotics asap. This is not from bad practice but a sterile abscess in my opinion, likely a reaction to the oil.
  • Recurring liver pain – Dull to sharp discomfort under my right rib.
  • Chronic Achilles tendon pain – I can barely walk properly without aggravating the tendon-calf junction. Can’t even go up on my toes anymore and haven't been able to train legs in over a month.
  • Swelling in my legs, hands, and ankles – Constant water retention that made my joints ache and fingers feel puffy every morning.
  • Persistent diarrhea – Daily since the start of the cycle. Nothing resolved it.
  • Chest tightness and shortness of breath – Came and went, likely tied to liver or systemic stress.
  • Severe fatigue, weakness in arms – Some days I felt like I couldn’t lift at all, today I could barely drive.
  • Estrogen rollercoaster – Aromasin helped, but the sore lump under my left nipple never really shrank, and estrogen rebound made me feel awful whenever I adjusted dosing.
  • Hot flushes, shivers – Like flu symptoms some days, totally random, I think this is abscess-related.
  • Indigestion and heartburn – Constantly relying on antacids to get through the day, lessened after removing the Anavar early but still remained overall.

I think the real breaking point was when I realised I was still getting weaker — not stronger — and I couldn’t even stick to my training routine because of how wrecked I felt and the risk of injury to my tendons.

Honest Thoughts

The truth is: the gear does what it’s meant to do. I don’t blame the compounds. The strength gains I should have gotten were there on paper — my body just rejected it this time. Whether it’s genetics, stress, gut issues, or something else, I’m clearly not tolerating these levels anymore.

I had big plans for this cycle, but the side effects have been too severe and too constant, and my actual results just don’t justify continuing. I’ve decided to end the cycle early and go back to basic TRT — 1ml Test E per week and cut all other compounds effective immediately.

The Plan Now

I’m going into full recovery mode for the next 3 months. I’ll focus on:

  • Healing my liver and gut
  • Rebuilding tendon health (Achilles, knees)
  • Stabilising hormones
  • Getting back to my regular energy levels and clean diet
  • Resetting physically and mentally

Final Note

To anyone reading — don’t take this as a warning against using gear. It works, and for many people it works great. But listen to your body. If your health starts to tank, no gains are worth it. I’ve pushed through some hard cycles in the past, but this one broke me.

Thanks to everyone who’s followed along. Sorry to disappoint, this cycle started off amazing, I felt superhuman, but then I just crumbled. I just can not wait to start feeling human again.
@aussie.muncher t takes courage to share your experience, especially when things don't go as planned. You made the right call prioritizing your health and ending the cycle early. Side effects like those are serious, and no amount of gains is worth jeopardizing your well-being.

Howdy Lads

Thought I'd pop in and give an update.
Its not good.

I am only on TRT right now everything else was stopped as per my last post.

I can't get my kidney and liver to function correctly and its causing me big drama's, no matter how much minerals and water I consume I am still constantly dehydrated among a whole array of other problems, to many to fully cover in my weak state.

It's been rough, I am 4kg Lighter then when I started this cycle and most days can not train, had to cut back protein as well to help my liver recover.

Going to get full blood work done next week and I will post the results here.

@aussie.muncher welcome back to the EVO family :D

I think your issue is lack of electrolytes and proper food IMO.
what level of electrolytes you taking in? what foods?

I don't get a lot of electrolytes from food as my body doesn't tolerate carbs and sugars well, I have some carbs in the form of broccoli etc but my diet is pretty much keto.
For electrolytes I have 1/4 teaspoon of Baja Gold salt in the morning and again in the evening.

@aussie.muncher you can easily take sodium potassium magnesium electrolyte powder, try that. Salts alone are not enough.
