Hey Athletes! Here is a big fun of bodybuilding but practices a complete different activity: road cycling.
I firmly believe to have reached my genetic limit in this sport. Top 5% population power outputs, 1000 and more hour of training per year. Regarding training there’s no room for improvements.
I enjoy bodybuilding and chemistry.
I am having a look at tbol.
Do you think it could give me a key to open a door in my performance? I am also looking forward to other compounds (besides Epo). I am already an avid user of SR and Cardarine, of course

For a first cycle, it's best to use testosterone only, since your body produces it, knows what it is, is used to it.

Start with a small dose and increase the dose slowly over time, so you can see what doses you can tolerate and at what doses side effects become intolerable.

When you reach a certain dose, then you can add 1 more steroid to the cycle. Don't add multiple steroids at once, because if you get side effects, you won't know what exactly causes them. By running a testosterone base with synthetic testosterone and adding one steroid at a time, you will know what steroids exactly are good options for you and don't cause a lot of problems.

As for T-bol (turinabol), it's a good steroid, yes, but you NEED to run a testosterone dose with it, because turinabol is NOT testosterone, but dihydrotestosterone derivative, meaning it adds exogenous androgens, which is suppressive, doesn't add testosterone and shuts down natural testosterone production. In other words, if you don't use testosterone during a turinabol cycle, your body won't have testosterone and estrogen (testosterone -> aromatase -> estrogen), which will cause brutal side effects like erectile dysfunction, osteoporosis, decrease of good and increase of bad cholesterol, potential heart issues, terrible mood, and many more.

Also, if you are going to use a cycle dose, not just a TRT dose, don't forget to keep track on estrogen and use aromatase inhibitors accordingly.

Be careful: Aromatase inhibitors can actually reduce your estrogen to below normal range, which will cause a lot of problems.

what are your stats? age/height/weight/body fat???
 
26 years old, 6ftx70kg. No idea about body fat but I have very big legs and I can clearly see the separation. Rest of the body fairly lean, I would say I’m around 12/15%.
My question: is there any benefit in running steroids (I would guess a lower dosage respect to bb) for a cyclist? Or maybe other hardcore compounds. I know many here likes sarms but I’m opened to normal steroids, and I see they’re much preferred normally

honestly, not particularly helpful as a cyclist and far more of a hindrance than help.. orals can cause you to not only experience excruciating pumps but also extreme lethargy.. certainly far from beneficial for endurance type exercise.. you are still quite young on top of it and i would hold off a few more years until closer to 30... sarms could not be more ideal for what you are doing... i can help with a very strong layout for what you would want/need... something "hardcore" is the last thing you want

I used to be a cyclist. Mostly mountain and cyclocross but def put in the time on the road.
GW and Osterine are the best options to keep light and push past limits.

anytime bro.. im a 10 mile a day runner and overall i do 90 minutes of endurance cardio per day and have now for well over a decade, as well as trained thousands of clients doing the same type of workout you are doing... as far as what would be the most beneficial to you, it certainly does not have to be hardcore whatsoever but more aimed towards recovery, endurance, and strength... this would be the perfect layout for these goals...
