yeah, i was just recapping what i did it wasn't planned like that. was initially going to do a short taper to a steady dose but estrogen got too high so tried to load the EQ quickly and temporarily dropped the dbol in the meantime. also wanted to see how bad it felt coming off for a week.
 
rib issues when weight training aren't abnormal.

Just make sure you give it proper rest when needed.
 
eq and dbol is a cool stack.

you will get some good moderate bulk on it.
 
make sure you shave that body for us. So we can see what we're looking at.
 
it wouldn't hurt to try anavar. its a very good oral and you won't have to worry about water retention on it.
 
that dbol really fills up your muscles.

so far Ive done this:

wk 1-2= 10mg dbol/day
wk 3= 15mg
wk 4= 20mg + 600mg eq/wk
wk 5= No dbol + 400eq
wk 6= 5 dbol + 300eq
wk 7 = 7.5 dbol + 300eq

Plan:

wk8-9 = 10dbol 300eq
wk10-14= 10dbol


gonna try maintain this ratio of fat up to 100kg (or 3 more weeks) and then stop the EQ and then the dbol 2-4 weeks later. liver and kidneys are fine. Blood pressure went through the roof for a bit. but i started taking potassium whenever i have to eat something salty and a bit during the day and most of the time just avoid sodium. shed 2 kilos of water in like a day, and BP dropped with it. hopefully the hunger will go down after i drop the eq while the dbol still works for a couple weeks. i know dbol isnt for cutting but i have no interest in being dry so if i can keep some glycogen while being in a deficit it doesn't seem like such a bad option. so itl be like a 4 wk mini cut at the end with just dbol. then will come off for 3-4 weeks then nolva. Obviously needed to run eq longer even with the frontload but whatever, i felt like i got something out of it even if it was just being able to use less dbol (5-10mg isnt even a cycle dose.)

Switched to test 250 a few days ago because was starting to feel sluggish and loss of appetite from the dbol. And the positive effect was just nowhere near as pronounced as in the first 5 weeks or so. would only run it as a starter for a few weeks in the future. figures. The EQ definitely reduced the estrogen sides, but I've stopped the EQ now. just running test for another few weeks to get a bit cut so i can come off into a surplus, as opposed to - coming off bulked, not being able to keep calories as high, fall into a deficit and lose all gains.

Either way I'm pretty happy with 12kg gained with a similar bodyfat %. weird amount of muscle to gain in 10 weeks.

but yeah, test is best. noted. want to take 2 months off and then go in again. next cycle i want to do 500 Test, 200 eq (estrogen mgmt), 200 deca (pain relief/recovery). just using the latter two to augment, not really for added anabolic effect. 4 week dbol starter, 6 week var finish. 16wk total.

88 to 100kgs is a huge difference bro ;) you're super beast right there
leaner and bigger too woW~ i would say you made impressive gains for sure
 
make sure you shave up next pics it will show your muscles and cuts more
