DAA dosing help

I got a bottle of DAA but not sure how to dose it, they have caps it looks like 1000mgs per capsule, how much do I need? how much water do I need and when to use it? a bit confused

dspark is the far superior choice... beyond all the results you see, just look at the ingredient comparison and nothing else need be said... dspark speaks for itself.... www.n2bm.com dspark is the easy choice here bro

DAA never did too much for me aside give stomach issues. this d spark stuff is a whole lot better.

If you already have the DAA, take 3g, if you dont get the d spark instead.

I agree. The N2BM DAA is gtg, but I would grab the Dspark.

You need like 3,000mg of the regular DAA and only 1500mg of calcium chelate and about 100mg only for the methyl version.

i got great results from 3 grams am and 2 grams pm powder forms are dirt cheap now a days
