No. All the stories I've looked at today have Josh Lenartowicz (staying with Dallas while he prepped for the Mr O) coming back and finding Dallas on the kitchen floor. He's pulled food from Dallas's windpipe and called the paramedics. He did CPR and the paramedics carried on. He was reported to died at the hospital. Generation Iron has two videos (one by Flex Wheeler), RXMuscle did a live video and you can see a eulogy on Josh's Instagram account.
