haha yes I want to make the lower section pop out more, that's my goal with this bulk, and will definitely do some stomach vacuuming. I just added that to my abs workout to not forget it
 
Day 16 (rest day)

Today was a rest day for me. I took a 4k walk in nature and I did shadow boxing in the evening for 30 minutes. While walking, I had the intuition that maybe Sam Sulek (the TikTok and YouTube phenom) isn't telling the truth about his diet. What if he was showing "his diet" but was eating totally different food behind the curtain? After all, we only get to see 20 minutes of his life everyday.

By showing that he is 260lbs and jacked at 21 while eating crap, he fuels people's desires and dreams of laziness and getting something for nothing. It's just a feeling that I had and I never spoke with the guy, but I think he is leveraging the whole "I got lean while eating pizza everyday" diet fads and I would even say that is sponsor is in it with him. I work in marketing. I study this stuff everyday.

Later in the evening, I watched "Enhanced 2 the max" on Tubi. That's a documentary about Tony Huge and his wing man doing experiments on people — make them gain as much muscle as possible in 30 days — with few segments of Anabolic Doc saying that he is basically crazy. I think what he does is the future. As more people get educated, the more they will take drugs but there's a catch: They take drugs not because they decided to revamp their lifestyle and go "whole foods." They take drugs so they can still get to eat their cake and fried chicken. Tony Huge is no exception. What does he do after a workout? He hits the sushi bar, orders everything on the menu. Behind the waitress' back, he slips his insulin syringe out of his bag, and shoots himself a hefty dose and he does that everyday. I think this is Roman orgies being made possible with low impact on one's body. Amazing.

That's my opinion.

Aside from that, I felt that my left nipple was a bit puffy. I wasn't supposed to take Aromasin today based on my log, but I took 12.5mg. I will be taking Aromasin three days in a row. Let's see how it goes tomorrow.
 
Day 17

It's hard to believe that it's just been 17 days since the beginning of this adventure and I still have a little bit less than 100 days to go. It reminds me that every good things take time and it's a process — every little things done over and over again everyday give big results. I am guilty of wanting results overnight.

This morning, my "dry" weight was at 194lbs. I look bigger. My left nipple looked okay. I still will be taking 12.5mg of Aromasin.

The workout was good and hard. I think I could have been more intense on the shoulders and upright rows and taking a longer pause at the top, or making this one giant set.

I will also make sure to include obliques next time.
