Not really, I look bigger though. I expected to look like the Michelin Man so...Do you feel like you're getting any water retention? Starting to come on.
And it makes it way easier to eat 10 eggs heheI like your shake. Sometimes I'll mix up a nice Shake as well. I love bananas in it.

haha yes I want to make the lower section pop out more, that's my goal with this bulk, and will definitely do some stomach vacuuming. I just added that to my abs workout to not forget itYour abs are definitely good. You have a nice 4 pack. At least next step is an 8-pack.

It's hard to believe that it's just been 17 days since the beginning of this adventure and I still have a little bit less than 100 days to go. It reminds me that every good things take time and it's a process — every little things done over and over again everyday give big results. I am guilty of wanting results overnight.
This morning, my "dry" weight was at 194lbs. I look bigger. My left nipple looked okay. I still will be taking 12.5mg of Aromasin.

"*" means I failed at the recommended reps so next time, I can increase the weight
"FR" means forced reps like "3FR" means 3 forced reps
"RS" means rest pause

Cardio
3.5mph, 7% incline for 30 minutes. For the whole cardio session, I had a pump in my shins.
The workout was good and hard. I think I could have been more intense on the shoulders and upright rows and taking a longer pause at the top, or making this one giant set.
I will also make sure to include obliques next time.
