I went to the grocery store and decided to purchase whey protein on discount. I will add that to my diet so I guess I will have enough proteins to maximize my gains.

My chest and tris feel sore. I feel my shoulders a bit. I will increase the intensity next time.
For cardio today, I took a 4k walk in nature and did a bit of boxing.
I love my new manly pill case. It definitely save me 3 or so minutes of my time everyday. If I could make it better, I would add individual containers so I can take all pills in one shot. That would save another 20-30 secs of my time because I have to pick them out of the case. I checked on Amazon, but couldn't find anything interesting. I have the most interesting pill case.
Tomorrow it's back and biceps. I think I could incorporate some posing after? I think I could even meditate tonight and visualize myself walking on a beach, somewhere in Thailand or Mexico, in a confident manner, with a smirk on my face (James Bond style) and being jacked, pumped and shredded AF. Can't wait to hit the gym!
