I feel dry but maybe my only side effects are nipples related. They are not sore. I just I thought left nipple looked more puffy. Maybe it's my imagination.

I think you meant the gains made by his guinea pigs? His first guinea pig quit after 10 days because he felt lethargic and like he was about to get a heart attack. He took all the gear in the book plus 10IU of GH everyday. He gained 20lbs or so of lean muscle in 10 days. Another guinea pig gained 36lbs of lean mass in 7 days. He wasn't giving his all in the gym and didn't have a real diet. He too was on heavy stuff and was taking a drug found in WW1 artillery ammo, something to speed up one's metabolism.

Day 18 (rest day)

My left nipple calmed itself down today hehe. It looks normal.

I went to the grocery store and decided to purchase whey protein on discount. I will add that to my diet so I guess I will have enough proteins to maximize my gains.

My chest and tris feel sore. I feel my shoulders a bit. I will increase the intensity next time.

For cardio today, I took a 4k walk in nature and did a bit of boxing.

I love my new manly pill case. It definitely save me 3 or so minutes of my time everyday. If I could make it better, I would add individual containers so I can take all pills in one shot. That would save another 20-30 secs of my time because I have to pick them out of the case. I checked on Amazon, but couldn't find anything interesting. I have the most interesting pill case. ;)

Tomorrow it's back and biceps. I think I could incorporate some posing after? I think I could even meditate tonight and visualize myself walking on a beach, somewhere in Thailand or Mexico, in a confident manner, with a smirk on my face (James Bond style) and being jacked, pumped and shredded AF. Can't wait to hit the gym!

the ironic thing about DNP is it actually doesn't speed up metabolism, it slows it down bigtime
so when people come off their metabolism is shot to hell and they gain everything back and more
think the only people recommending that rat poison are people like him that actually sell it
