He took all the gear in the book plus 10IU of GH everyday. He gained 20lbs or so of lean muscle in 10 days. Another guinea pig gained 36lbs of lean mass in 7 days. He wasn't giving his all in the gym and didn't have a real diet. He too was on heavy stuff and was taking a drug found in WW1 artillery ammo, something to speed up one's metabolism.

Day 19

After yesterday's visualisation, I was ready to attack the gym.

At 11am, there was only a dude, a granny and me. I only a few weeks left there and I will go back to the other gym (if I am not in Mexico or elsewhere by then). I don't like to workout in the dark. Practical for out of shape people (no offense), but not for a bodybuilder.

Second thing it misses are chicks. I used to go in a gym in Playa del Carmen. I never saw that many chicks in a gym at the same time, not just Mexicans, but women from all over the world, especially Argentina. By chicks I don't mean simple women. I mean instababe/onlyfans material. Argentinians... damn they are hot! Side note: If you ever go to Riviera Maya, don't go to Tulum. It sucks. Expensive AF and full of tree hugging weirdos.

There are many stars "*" meaning I could have taken a heavier weight. I simply did more reps. The forearms were brutal. The pump felt great, my my forearms were rock hard! While in deep pain, I practiced not reacting and staying passive, meaning no grimaces, no showing the teeth, etc. I also try not to appear exhausted, I watch if I have a rounded back, and than I am not resting or leaning on something during pauses. I think it's good to be in control and aware of my body.

@Mobster the poundages I used are in the far right column. These are the weights I used to the first set or each exercises.

For weighted back extensions, I used a machine. 255lbs was way too light, but again I did more reps (30 before doing a drop set).

I don't think I look bloated on these pictures. I can see the striations in my shoulder. In the plate, this is my dbol and cialis.

I will be pining myself today: 250mg of test.

Day 18 (rest day)

My left nipple calmed itself down today hehe. It looks normal.

I went to the grocery store and decided to purchase whey protein on discount. I will add that to my diet so I guess I will have enough proteins to maximize my gains.

My chest and tris feel sore. I feel my shoulders a bit. I will increase the intensity next time.

For cardio today, I took a 4k walk in nature and did a bit of boxing.

I love my new manly pill case. It definitely save me 3 or so minutes of my time everyday. If I could make it better, I would add individual containers so I can take all pills in one shot. That would save another 20-30 secs of my time because I have to pick them out of the case. I checked on Amazon, but couldn't find anything interesting. I have the most interesting pill case. ;)

Tomorrow it's back and biceps. I think I could incorporate some posing after? I think I could even meditate tonight and visualize myself walking on a beach, somewhere in Thailand or Mexico, in a confident manner, with a smirk on my face (James Bond style) and being jacked, pumped and shredded AF. Can't wait to hit the gym!

Day 20

When I woke up this morning, I still looked like I just came back from the gym. I had veins all over my arms and legs which is pretty cool. I look better everyday. Even though I eat more than I did at the beginning (sometimes I cheat by eating a cookie or two here and there) I look leaner. The cardarine at 10mg was a nice addition to this cycle.

Cialis at 10mg works great for me. I take it each time I go the gym and 2 hours before so it has enough time to reach peak effect. The recommended dosage is 2.5 to 5mg per day. We are all unique individuals and we can discover what works best for us by fine tuning the dosages and experimenting. I came to take 10mg because even though I could feel 5mg a bit, I was curious and took more. I was scared of taking 10mg but I did it anyway — I was afraid to pass out.

Even the very first day I started this cycle, I was scared. I didn't know how I would react to the compounds. Now, no problem. I don't really have sides and I feel confident I can manage them. Though, I still apprehend those days when I have to pin. I don't stab myself, I go very slowly like someone putting their foot in the water to check if it's cold. Since my fear is gone, I don't want that to be a false sense of security. I think I should treat the compounds with respect and still go one step at a time — I'm still a newbie.

There are times when I don't see the point in being natural. I understand the arguments against taking PEDs which are very valid (side effects, abuse, etc.), but with the speed at which information, anectodal evidence, personal stories are shared, just as much as studies and research papers are available, now the debate is almost like telling people to walk instead of taking their car because it is less dangerous. It all depends on goals, desires and time on hand.

Doing leg extensions before the leg presses was a good idea. I could really feel my quads. I did a single drop set before hitting them with higher poundages to prevent injuries and get the blood flowing.

On the deadlifts I put all my focus on feeling my hamstrings working. I took lighter weights on purpose to make sure I felt my hamstrings, but 60lbs (per DB) was too light. I started at 60lbs and went up to 110lbs.

The calf raises were intense and brutal. Amazing pump.

After doing this workout, I went outside and walked. As I saw my reflection in the windows of cars, I looked like I had a belly, but my abs were just too pumped up hehe.

Overall this was a good workout and I really like the intensity.
