Day 19
After yesterday's visualisation, I was ready to attack the gym.
At 11am, there was only a dude, a granny and me. I only a few weeks left there and I will go back to the other gym (if I am not in Mexico or elsewhere by then). I don't like to workout in the dark. Practical for out of shape people (no offense), but not for a bodybuilder.
Second thing it misses are chicks. I used to go in a gym in Playa del Carmen. I never saw that many chicks in a gym at the same time, not just Mexicans, but women from all over the world, especially Argentina. By chicks I don't mean simple women. I mean instababe/onlyfans material. Argentinians... damn they are hot! Side note: If you ever go to Riviera Maya, don't go to Tulum. It sucks. Expensive AF and full of tree hugging weirdos.

There are many stars "*" meaning I could have taken a heavier weight. I simply did more reps. The forearms were brutal. The pump felt great, my my forearms were rock hard! While in deep pain, I practiced not reacting and staying passive, meaning no grimaces, no showing the teeth, etc. I also try not to appear exhausted, I watch if I have a rounded back, and than I am not resting or leaning on something during pauses. I think it's good to be in control and aware of my body.
@Mobster the poundages I used are in the far right column. These are the weights I used to the first set or each exercises.
For weighted back extensions, I used a machine. 255lbs was way too light, but again I did more reps (30 before doing a drop set).
I don't think I look bloated on these pictures. I can see the striations in my shoulder. In the plate, this is my dbol and cialis.
I will be pining myself today: 250mg of test.

For the cardio, I did a 5k walk in the neighborhood where my gym is located. It was really interesting, I discovered new stuff. I like to explore. My mind got calmer and clearer.
