Today I am at 199lbs. I gained 23-24lbs since the start of this cycle.
My arms are now at 17 1/8.
All went well this week. No issues.
My next target is 210lbs. I think I can make it. Maybe I could even get to 220lbs...
I ordered what I missed for my PCT:
With more Cardarine, Cialis and Test Cyp. I went with Deus Pharma this time. I found interesting that a vendor cared about offering different types of carrier oil. Plus, they replied to my emails fast. They also shipped fast (same day). Not a fan of using bitcoin but it worked.

For cardio today, I took a walk in nature (4k). I listened to Michael Singer's podcast and his teachings on mindfulness.

I have been eating the same food for a solid two years, but why change? It works.
Tomorrow, it's gym time again. I'll destroy my pecs, shoulders and triceps. Let's do this!
