I put them in water for a solid 12h. Before cooking them, I change the water. I bring the water to a boil. I let them boil for 10-15 mins. After, I turn off the heat and let them cook with their own heat. Ready in 2 hours. Perfect every time.
 
Day 22

When I woke up, I realized I forgot to eat my delicious can of tuna with mustard yesterday. Did not hit my macros... to make sure I would not forget, the first thing I did this morning was to put my can of tuna in plain sight.

I got my package today from Deus. Ordered on Monday. Got my package on Wednesday. I like that. The bottle are not plastic. They're made of glass.

I liked how my chest felt with the flyes after the decline bench press. It almost felt like my pecs were being torn apart.

As soon as I jumped on the shoulders with the 34s, I knew it was going to be tough. I already had a pump in my front delts. Whenever needed I did rest pauses to get to 8 reps on the shoulder presses. After I was done with my delts, I couldn't raise my arms for 15 minutes. The pump was so intense.

I went for a walk outside. I did 4.5 km. Towards the end I had to slow down because I had a pump in my calves.

@bullkupp Deus gear looking good I like your clean pictures of it and I try to hide my tuna haha tired of it now
 
bros how you like the dbol so far overall?
I didn't get the massive gains in strength I was expecting but so far so good. Pumps feel great with cialis. Vascularity has increased overall. I wanted to increase the dosage from 30 to 40mg a day but I prefered to stay the course. I would take it again but next time I would get tablets instead of capsules.

hopefully your gains take off from here
Yes, I am just trying to do my best with my workouts, my food and dial the intensity to the max. For the rest I let my supplements, mother nature and time take care of me. From 176 to 200 is a lot, 176 to 220 would be crazy.
