Day 30

Today was my last day on dbol. Overall, I liked it. I would take it again.

Great pumps, nothing too crazy even while taking cialis at the same time. Only one time the pump was so intense in my shoulders that I couldn't train properly for the rest of my workout (ie. triceps).

I took 26lbs in a month. I added one inch to my arms. I cannot tell if there's bloat or not. I gained some fat but it's minimal. I wasn't 100% on my diet, a few times I ate more turkey by accident, like I cooked enough turkey for two meals but because I was distracted I ended up eating the whole thing or ate few cookies here and there. I wake up each morning with veins everywhere. I definitely see a difference compared to when I started this cycle.

Strength has increased on all my lifts. My chest has gotten a bit bigger. I see some improvements.

The only downside was making my doses each morning but I focused on the rewards. I have 20mg capsules and I wanted to take 30mg a day. I took 7.5mg right after waking up, 7.5mg at lunch and 15mg an hour before going to the gym - all doses on an empty stomach and waited at least 15min before eating something. I did it that way to have "stable" levels and keep my body in an anabolic state as much as possible.

I read somewhere that Kevin Levrone gained 40lbs+ on a cycle of anadrol, deca and test. I'd like to beat that with my current cycle. I like the physique he had for Mr. Olympia 1992.

I didn't feel like doing the twisted raises. I did abs lateral raises instead with machine crunches. I did (tried) to do vacuums after. For cardio, I did 4.5k while listening to Michael Singer's podcast.

Day 31

Today I received my pair of cobra straps pro. They look and feel sturdy, much like the versa gripps pro.

I also ordered super enzymes by Now. I hope it will help my digestion (and farts). I did a quick count at lunch time and I taking 16 different supplements:
  1. Gingko biloba
  2. Fenugreek
  3. Curcuma 12,500mg
  4. Omega 3
  5. Vitamin D3
  6. Vitamin C
  7. Multi vitamins (with minerals and trace elements)
  8. Ashwagandha (ksm-66)
  9. Magnesium bisglycinate
  10. Zinc bisglycinate
  11. NAC
  12. Milk thistle
  13. Garlic
  14. L-glutamine
  15. Creatine monohydrate
  16. Whey protein
I pinned deus pharma test cypionate today. The oil is so thin that a bit of it got out of my skin when I pulled the syringe out of my glute. Thicker oil may be better finally.

I walked 4k still listening to Michael Singer's podcast. I'm trying to get rid of this worry habit. I will also do some boxing tonight.

@bullkupp those are some good straps , i have them old ripped straps lol
