@bullkupp its actually not strange what you're doing, counting farts and erections is important for long term health to see what your digestion and testosterone output is, you have some good logic and I agree with it

I'm not hard all day long. I thought I was farting way too much. I'm still tracking my farts. Since I do it, my body kind of calmed itself down

Not really yet. I think my blood pressure is higher. I will check that with a monitor. I pinned myself an hour ago and when I removed the needle a jet of blood came out.
 
I did three tests. It's around 156/76. The machine is old so I have to factor that in but it's still high.
@bullkupp thats high, but I'm saying post the actual picture of the machine reading to get a log point we can work off of
and please update more diet training and cardio bro we waiting
 
Day 72

I am at 225lbs, 1lb away from 50lbs (176lbs to 226lbs). It's a lot of weight in a short span of time. My body is certainly not used to it.

Since I began anavar, I feel that my blood pressure is higher. My sodium intake may be a bit high. I do not measure my salt so I don't know how much I am eating.

I still do cardio but I walk for shorter distances since we change to eastern standard time.

The tracking of my farts revealed nothing in particular. I saw no real pattern. My body returned to a normal "gas output."

My weight remained the same for incline db curls and hammer curls because of a gap between 42lbs and 60lbs. Instead I lowered the weights and tried to remain as strict as possible throughout the range of motion.

That’s actually a decent bp considering the amount of weight you’ve put on in such a quick timeframe.

@bullkupp 134/79 blood pressure isnt too bad but I would try to drop it past 125-127, try to cut some sodium and boost a bit of cardio
but overall lets keep the updates coming strong

bottom number under 80 is a good number

but yeah we want to improve that over time
