You are right. It's in my nature to be a bit impatient, but I have to think about the future - long term health.

make sure you are working on stomach vacuuming. those will help with showing those abs

I'm missing 22g of proteins. Maybe drop another can of tuna in there? What are your favorite sources of proteins?

I don't do cardio before my workouts. I prefer to dive straight into my workout and warm up with lighter weights. I will add my warm up in my next logs.
@bullkupp thanks for the share :) I wouldn't add tuna too much, mercury and heavy metals, add cod or salmon or chicken breast.

I thought appropriate to show you how I look now well... a week ago. No edit aside making them square. I forgot my legs, I will try to do them tomorrow.

Like I said in my first post, I want to make my abs more balanced, just as prominent overall as the top section, have a disgusting chest (in a positive way), it lacks some slabs of meat, and add thickness to my back.

I see that my shoulders need a bit of work as well.

So this morning, I took my first doses of dbol, test, aromasin and cardarine. I just took 20mg if dbol today to see how I would react. Everything went well, I felt good, so I will bump the dose to 30mg tomorrow. I still took 10mg of Cialis 2 hours before going to the gym. I feared getting to much of a pump at the gym, and drop the dose to 5mg, but nah... let's see what happens.

I decided to forget about proviron for this cycle. I don't think it will do me any good. Aromasin does almost the same thing (minus the crazy libido).

Kind of messed up the first time I wanted to inject in my ass. The needle wasn't tight enough, the test spilled everywhere.

I prepared another syringe, got rid of the air as much as possible. Drove it in my right butt cheek, pulled on the piston to check if I was in a vein, but I saw bubbles forming... I wondered if I had air in the ass... Maybe it was a bad seal in the syringe, decided to go ahead and inject the test (bubbles were microscopic).

My workout today:

Chest:
Incline DB press 3*6-9 + Incline DB press 10, 8, 6
Machine flys 3*10 + Machine press 3*6-8
Decline BB press 6, 8 10 + Incline BB press 3*failure
Rest (jump to biceps)
Pause flat DB press 10, 8, 6 + neutral grip flys 3*3 (emphasize the stretch)

Biceps:
Incline bench lying DB curls (chest on the bench) + lying DB curls 6, 10, 8, 6, 12
Standing DB curls 1*100

Abs:
Hanging leg raises 3*8-10 (hold 5 secs at peak)
Cable crunches 3*8-10

It was loco. Amazing pump, my arms looked 2 inches bigger, my chest was 3D, can't wait for the next days!

Lots of us on here are impatient man......try telling someone they should take an extra day or week off the gym, lol. Can't have those lost gains!

Day 3

Today everything went well. My chest, back and arms felt sore.

I found out that drinking BCAAs in the morning to kick start protein synthesis may not be enough. I will then wake up, drink 500ml of water, take my dbol and wait 15-20min before taking my first meal. (I was waiting an hour or so)

I stopped looking for other gear. I was thinking about adding deca but I revised myself. Let's go one step at a time (and be patient).

Workout:

Legs
Warm up - light weight hack squats
Hack squats 8, 8, 6 + sissy squats to failure
Sissy squats 3*to failure on their own
Standing calf raises 2*10-12 + partial reps for 30 secs, drop set, and more partial reps for 30 secs

Shoulders
Warm up - light DB shoulder presses and rotator cuff movement
DB shoulder presses 12, 10, 8, 6, 8, 10, 12
DB upright rows 3*10-12 + DB shrugs

Abs
Leg pull ins on a bench 3*20 (got weird ab cramps during my sets)
Leg raises 3*to failure and hold for 3-5 secs on top

Cardio
30 mins, 3 mph and level 7 incline

I can see some gains in strength showing up. On the hack squat I went from 230 with bad form for 4 reps to 250 with good form for 6 reps, and calf raises I went from 340lbs to 400lbs with good form.

I there's an exercise missing for the shoulders. I forgot to do it. 😓

I will start writing down my weights to track my strength gains more efficiently.

The left one looks better. I don't know how to target the inside part of the right one to make them look more balanced.

By the way, how do you take your dbol? One dose before workout, or you spread the dosages during the day?
 
over time muscles will balance out man. its normal to have 1 muscle bigger.. that is the challenge of bodybuilding

@bullkupp with dbol on training days take it all before you train about 30mins prior.

Waiting no your weights for more detailed training bro.

On abs you got cramps you say, are you using n2guard daily? you need at least 7 caps/day split for organ liver support and cramping support.

For now I am using my collection of supplements like NAC, milk thistles, alpha lipoic acid, curcuma and schisandra. I am missing tudca and taurine (for the cramps ?).

how is the bloat? i used to use dbol between cycles bloated me up
Right now, it's good. I don't look like a baloon yet or the Michelin Man hehe

any other changes to your ancillaries on cycle?
For now, I am just taking aromasin at 12.5mg every two days.
