Like I said in my first post, I want to make my abs more balanced, just as prominent overall as the top section, have a disgusting chest (in a positive way), it lacks some slabs of meat, and add thickness to my back.
I see that my shoulders need a bit of work as well.
So this morning, I took my first doses of dbol, test, aromasin and cardarine. I just took 20mg if dbol today to see how I would react. Everything went well, I felt good, so I will bump the dose to 30mg tomorrow. I still took 10mg of Cialis 2 hours before going to the gym. I feared getting to much of a pump at the gym, and drop the dose to 5mg, but nah... let's see what happens.
I decided to forget about proviron for this cycle. I don't think it will do me any good. Aromasin does almost the same thing (minus the crazy libido).
Kind of messed up the first time I wanted to inject in my ass. The needle wasn't tight enough, the test spilled everywhere.
I prepared another syringe, got rid of the air as much as possible. Drove it in my right butt cheek, pulled on the piston to check if I was in a vein, but I saw bubbles forming... I wondered if I had air in the ass... Maybe it was a bad seal in the syringe, decided to go ahead and inject the test (bubbles were microscopic).
My workout today:
Chest:
Incline DB press 3*6-9 + Incline DB press 10, 8, 6
Machine flys 3*10 + Machine press 3*6-8
Decline BB press 6, 8 10 + Incline BB press 3*failure
Rest (jump to biceps)
Pause flat DB press 10, 8, 6 + neutral grip flys 3*3 (emphasize the stretch)
Biceps:
Incline bench lying DB curls (chest on the bench) + lying DB curls 6, 10, 8, 6, 12
Standing DB curls 1*100
Abs:
Hanging leg raises 3*8-10 (hold 5 secs at peak)
Cable crunches 3*8-10
It was loco. Amazing pump, my arms looked 2 inches bigger, my chest was 3D, can't wait for the next days!
