Day 74

For cardio, I took a walk and did some boxing.

I did a bit of research about blood pressure.

* Anavar is known to cause this
* A bulk can cause an increase in blood pressure
* Sodium can increase blood pressure (I add salt to all my meals, even my post-workout shakes... I can salt half of my meals ?)
* Many bodybuilders experience this as well
* Smoking (I don't smoke but hang out with people who do. I can cancel them.)
* Too much alcohol (I don't drink) and too much coffee (I drink 3 cups every morning)

I can tweak a few things here and there, get used to high blood pressure if it is also part of the game, finish my cycle, and lower my food intake during PCT.

Day 75

I felt really good during this workout. I had more aggression, more strength and stamina. I had one goal in mind: Go crazy.

I had to stop doing overhead presses before hitting failure because I had pain in my right elbow (tendon).

@bullkupp if you have high sodium that can cause BP issues, you should have organ liver and blood pressure support ed too
electrolytes You should be adding them for BP too

Day 76

Now, I am at 226lbs. I made it to 50lbs. It's enough. I don't like this look. Time to cut back on food and get sexy naked again.

I was supposed to take my last shot of test on day 85 (12-week cycle), but I may take my last shot on day 79 instead. I don't want to get bigger.

My blood pressure is OK. The results I get vary too much. One time my blood pressure is bad, the other time it's excellent. The machine is getting old, so I will get another one.

I was supposed to go to the gym today. I didn't feel 100% and decided to go for a nice walk instead. I needed to breathe fresh air.

I still have a bit of acne on my ass and hamstrings but it's negligible. I still have bloat, even though I take anavar, I take dandelion supplements, drink 3-4 cups of green tea a day. I will cut back and salt half of my meals.

nothing wrong with changing up what you're doing flexibility is very important
