It depends. Healthwise, I cut eggs and turkey and I already feel better. I was eating a lot for 2.5 months and I think my body asked me for a little rest which I am more than happy to give since I was tired of eating all that food. My blood pressure is also lower.do you think putting on all that weight has backfired overall?

Lookwise, I don't really know. I am on a bulk so the looks can be thrown out the window temporarily. I almost just wear gym clothes for now. My arms are at 18.25". I can see myself having 19" guns but that would be the maximum. I'm all for aesthetics and looking sexy. Nick Walker-esque physique? Not my cup of tea.

Rest day for me. I took a walk and did boxing at night.

I think I feel a mix of being jaded and tired. I didn't feel like searching around for plates and I didn't feel like waiting after anybody before taking a machine. I was just mumbling, "this gym sucks balls." It seemed like every little thing was getting on my nerves.
I mustered a bit of energy and willpower and did few basics exercises:
Workout (leg + abs):
One-leg presses 10x180 (warm up)

Leg extensions 12x65 + forced reps (65lbs is per leg)

I got a new blood pressure machine. I took my BP at various moments during the day. I noticed that the values change depending on how my left arm is resting. I also took a walk in nature and did a bit of boxing.

Last time a did machine incline presses I put 320lbs. I was ready to try 360lbs but had a hard time lifting 270lbs. I didn't fight it. I accepted and did whatever I could. I may have been because I didn't eat enough carbs. Usually when I go to the gym, I already have four meals in my system.
