Rest day, I did boxing and some research on S4 and ostarine. Apparently they can be both used as a bridge between cycles. I don't want to get any bigger at the moment but I can see how they could help me keep my gains and give me that "on" feeling. I would have enclomiphene on hand to offset the suppression. Feel free to give me your 2¢ on this.

226lbs this morning.

Prior to removing eggs and turkey from my diet, my bowel movements followed a consistent schedule, much like a well-made Swiss watch. I used to visit the bathroom at the same time every day, precisely every 24 hours. However, since making changes to my diet, this routine has shifted.

I got inspired by Dorian Yates for this workout.

Workout:

Wide grip lat pulldown 60*12 (warm up)
Wide grip lat pulldown 120*12 (warm up)
Wide grip lat pulldown 180*12 (warm up)
Wide grip lat pulldown 240*4 (failed at 4 reps, I did forced reps and five drop sets until I got to 60lbs)

Close grip lat pulldown 180*10 (warm up)
Close grip lat pulldown 240*2 (failed at 2 reps, I stopped at the 3rd drop set my left bicep felt weird)

Machine rows 100*10 (warm up)
Machine rows 140*10 (alternate forced reps emphasizing the negative)

Bent over side laterals 78*8 (double drop set)

Lying one-arm side laterals (on a bench) 30*8 (forced reps)

Lat pushdowns 150x10 (single drop set)

Back extensions 30*12 (single drop set)

Reverse bicep curls 36*10 (warm up)
Reverse bicep curls 56*10 (warm up)
Reverse bicep curls 76*10 (cheat reps)

Alternate incline bicep curls 30*10 (warm up)
Alternate incline bicep curls 42*10 (single drop set)

Day 76

Now, I am at 226lbs. I made it to 50lbs. It's enough. I don't like this look. Time to cut back on food and get sexy naked again.

I was supposed to take my last shot of test on day 85 (12-week cycle), but I may take my last shot on day 79 instead. I don't want to get bigger.

My blood pressure is OK. The results I get vary too much. One time my blood pressure is bad, the other time it's excellent. The machine is getting old, so I will get another one.

Day 78

I was supposed to go to the gym today. I didn't feel 100% and decided to go for a nice walk instead. I needed to breathe fresh air.

I still have a bit of acne on my ass and hamstrings but it's negligible. I still have bloat, even though I take anavar, I take dandelion supplements, drink 3-4 cups of green tea a day. I will cut back and salt half of my meals.
