Rest day, I went for a walk to the beach listening to an audiobook. Since I arrived in Playa del Carmen, my feet are swollen and I have a hard time walking long distances. It feels like an instantaneous pump in my shins.
Day 93
My feet were less swollen. I can see a vein on a my right foot.
I haven't slept for the past 4 days. According to my fit watch, my sleep is at its worst. Apparently, I had no deep sleep. Zero. I think it's true because I kept rolling in bed. Not stress related. The bed is really uncomfortable. It's like sleeping on wood planks. It I have to find a solution or it will hurt my recovery.
I haven't taken creatine nor glutamine since I arrived. I will order whey protein, dextrose, maltodextrin, creatine and glutamine.
I don't think I went under my maintenance (3100 calories) but it's close. I have to make sure I keep a caloric surplus for my test and to keep my gains. I walk way more now, so I have to check them closely. I don't think I will go back to 340g of proteins daily, more like 260g, but I will increase my carb intake. Fats are good.

* The incline is less pronounced on this machine compared to the one in Canada, so I feel like my front delts took less of a hit

Yesterday, I added a futon on the mattress for extra softness. Didn't work. I kept turning and turning. Now, I haven't slept in 5 days.
My feet are even less swolen. I can see more veins on them.
It was a rest day for me today, so I went for a nice walk.

Yes bro I will buy another pair. I put a big fan next to me when I slept. I think the noise was messing up with my sleep patterns. I stopped using it and my sleep slightly improved.bros i always take ear plugs and sound machine when i travel
I don't know how those who rent appartments over bars and nightclubs sleep. They may follow the same schedule hehe. Hopefully, noise isn't really an issue where I am. I understand more than ever the value of a good mattress.last vacation I was on they put me on a party side of the resort and it was hard to sleep
Yes it's already going down now. My ankles and feet look normal now. They were swollen enough for people to notice. There were the real michelin man legs. I don't know if on lower doses of test it would still do that. I guess I would have to try and if it happens I would have to run something else.bloating is normal on test, it will go down
No, you would be surprised. The gym is often busy no matter the period of the day. It's located in downtown. You have tourists and locals. It's a nice mix of people coming from all over the world. Though, I don't have to wait for machines or anything.i bet the gym is pretty empty
