First day of PCT. I rechecked the perfect PCT and I was missing a week. Instead of 4 weeks, it is really 5. This is what I am taking:

It was a rest day for me.
Even though I have not pinned test for little bit more than two weeks I still feel great. Maybe the "cold shower" will come later but I am ready.
I still struggle with my sleep though.

The costs depend. In Playa del Carmen, if you rent in the "centro" or tourist area, you can pay 1,000 USD/month for a studio. If you don't mind living a little bit farther from the beach, in that case you can rent a house for the same price. That's renting with the owner or realtor, not Airbnb. On Airbnb, at this time of year, you may expect to pay 1,500 USD/month and more for the same studio.
Riviera Maya is probably amongst the top most expensive places in Mexico because of tourism and it is very far from major centers like Mexico City. Food is more expensive because transportation costs more. I wanted a motorcycle. A bag of frozen fruits I can have for $15 in Canada will cost me $17-18 in Mexico. Tuna is 2 CAD for 80g (cut with soya) in Mexico compared to 1.50 CAD for 120g in Canada. Milk costs almost the same, but the product is different. In Mexico it is ultrapasteurized and can be left on shelves for months. It doesn't taste really good. Supplements are OK but you have to check for counterfeits. Day 103
I didn't sleep at all but I feel okay. I still haven't found the cause of my poor sleep.
It was a rest day for me today. I did a very short jogging just so I could break in my running shoes. I walked on my way back home.
Day 104
It was a rest day for me again. I didn't hit my macros for the day. I chose to spend the whole day with my girl.
Day 105
I finally had a full night of sleep.
I weighed myself at the gym. I'm down to 216 lbs. So I lost roughly 10 lbs of water (maybe some fat and muscle as well).
Almost three weeks since my last shot of test and my libido is still going strong.
