6’1’’ and 187 pounds. 11% body fat with room to get bigger. And I’m 47.
training for 20 years but never really built a lot of mass/strength
I’m looking to bulk up on testosterone and dianabol. My plan is to do 30mgs a day of the dbol and 500mgs a week of the test. This will be for 6 weeks, then I want to bump the test dose higher or dbol. Not sure which I can bump up that you would recommend?
