Dbol,test,deca Plateau

So i started on 500 t 400 deca, 45mg proviron and 40mg dbol and blew up while on the dbol for the first 6 weeks however since dropping the dol iv slowly lost strength and size and only gained a few pounds since. To combat this i titrated test up to 800mg upped calories and the deca to 550 and switched back to daily injections which has worked well for me on my previous first cycle. However there doesn't seem to be any change. I know my gear is legit from blood tests i took at 2 and 7 weeks in.Im now on week 16th week and feel smaller/ weaker than i did on week 6. Im also taking 25mg of aromasinEOD because if i dont my e2 goes to high and side effects come out. Is this normal when you kickstart with dbol? I made basically no progress since even eating 6000 calories a day i just noticed myself getting fatter so i went back down to 5000. Granted i have gained 30lbs overall however i contribute this to muscle memory as prior to this cycle i had over 2 months off the gym and diet due to travelling. And in that time i went from 190lbs at sub 10% body fat to 195 at over 15% so i lost muscle and gained fat so i knew I would bounce back fast when increased my dose from trt and started training again. Is this normal?


Am I expecting to much? Have i got everything my body is capable of on this cycle gaining 30lbs in 13 weeks?

30 lbs in 3 months is as good as it gets.

I know but since dropping the dbol iv maintained that weight for another 2 months with next to no progress. Also a good percentage of that weight gain is fat and water. Is it usually best to end the cycle on dbol?

I’ve never run orals so wouldn’t know but I would think that you would want to run the orals in the first half so you don’t crash when going into PCT.

is this a dbol issue? maybe but really I think adding dbol or not, you have other issues like diet and training that we have no idea about. 6000 calories; is it normal toadd 300mgs of test and 150mgs of deca on top of almost 1 gram of steroids and not get much more? no way not normal.

But you see we know nothing about you. Before we start guiding you, we need to see your full LOG journal you can share with us.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I know I increased calories way to much and way to fast but it’s because weight gain massively slowed after dropping the dbol and i was chasing numbers on the scale but i started to get some fat gain and dialled it back.

of course almost all of that isn't actual muscle tissue. you can only build 1-2 pounds of muscle tissue PER YEAR on average.

also keep in mind most of our muscles are made up of water.

think about it. if you gained 30 pounds of muscle each cycle then after 5 cycles you would put on 150 pounds. after 10 cycles 300 pounds. you would be the most muscular man in the universe like superman

I agree. Iv probably gained around 10lbs of lean muscle overall.
 
you did an experiment and congrats. but now it is time to get more serious and run steroids properly and put on keepable mass

Okay. So how do i do that?. Iv posted my next cutting cycle if you have any input on that?
