Deca and Test cycle help

Hey everyone, I am 30 yrs old looking to get myself back into shape for my 30s. I am 5’10 200lbs. Looking to lose about 15-20lbs and replace with muscle, maybe add a few lbs to my current weight.

Gonna start with deca 300 and test e 400 for 12 weeks, running half mg of Arimidex daily then stopping deca, running test for 2 more weeks and then sterling Clomid for 3 weeks after done with test.

Thoughts?

your cycle isnt bad but really telling you to use steroids knowing nothing about you isnt wise, i think we need to see your diet training log in a NEW thread so we can really guide you into a cycle bro

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

i always recommend proviron with deca
it balances out DHT and DHN in the body

Thank you for the response, I am looking for any advice on diet and training tips for keeping fat low while on a cycle.
 
I’m not sure deca will be your best bet for losing weight. It’s mostly used as a bulker
 
I’m not looking to lose weight, more so, looking to replace fat with muscle.
If your diet and training is not 100% this will not happen. What does diet/training look like?
Can you post a pic?

Also way too much arimidex. I'd start with .5mg twice per week.
 
I guess im confused here.. you want to lose 15 -20 lbs, which is great, but this is not the way to go about it.. you need to cut down first, and that starts with diet and NOT steroids, THEN you rebuild it back with muscle... you are not going to recomp this like you are thinking with that amount of cut wanted.. this is going to take a bit of time but it certainly can be done.. it just needs to be done right and that certainly is not the way.. first, cutting that kind of weight is not something you want to do with steroids.. they are not weight loss drugs... you would address this with changes in diet and training.. you need discipline and consistency.. i would look at a sarms cutting stack to correspond with these changes.. deca is the polar opposite of what you want for this kind of weight loss as it is... you need to make several changes... deca would be something to consider AFTER you lose the weight you want and go for adding more muscle on... equipoise would be the better option for recomping though but that is a ways off.. this would be one step at a time... you do whatever you want but ive been doing this well over a decade and know exactly how to go about this properly

happy to help bro.. i would definitely hit cardio 4-5 times per week, preferably 5, 45 minutes per day.. i would take shorter breaks in between sets, 30-45 seconds.. super sets.. lower weights, higher reps and then of course diet would need to be on point
 
a log journal is the #1 thing you can do here
get on aromasin, swap out the adex
aromasin is a superior AI
