you sure you want to use Deca and testosterone to lose weight? It might not be the best option

it will work well protecting your organs on cycle
and deca is fine. but you won't cut down on it since it boost appetite too much
 
I think if you posted pictures and your full training and diet we would understand where you're coming from

happy to help bro.. i would definitely hit cardio 4-5 times per week, preferably 5, 45 minutes per day.. i would take shorter breaks in between sets, 30-45 seconds.. super sets.. lower weights, higher reps and then of course diet would need to be on point

I will get my diet, training and progress log on soon. I’ve been in a bad way so long to injuries and fell out of shape. My current fat ratio is about 25-27%. So maybe wanting to lose 15lbs of fat is unnecessary. As you said it’s a little confusing for some of us newbies
 
So I got a body mass scale, I’m sitting just under 25% body fat so maybe losing 10-15 lbs is more reasonable. I don’t need to be ripped but would like to just be healthy

These scales are typically not that accurate unfortunately. Get a pic up so we can see you condition. You need to remember that AAS are nit weight loss drugs. They aid in muscle retention while in a calorie deficit.
If you are 200lbs at 25% than your lean body mass is 150lbs. This tells me you don't have much muscle on your frame at 5'10". I am 5'11" and in my avatar i am at 172lbs.
How long have you been training and what does that training look like?

Do you have a workout regimen you’d recommend ?
 
Ok, so I went on a body cleanse and going to start a dumbell only regimen before starting my cycle. I am down to 187lbs. Aiming for 180lbs before starting my deca test cycle.
