I've been cruising on deca for a a few months now to help with recovery from knee surgery and noticed it is not as potent as it was in the begninning. About how long a break should I take and go on TRT before get back to blastin the ol deca? I love the stuff would love to be back on it ASAP. Peace

you shouldnt be cruising on deca to start with, even if its a low dose... deca is not going to help you recover shit man... its just band aiding the wound... its not healing anything.. in fact, it can make it worse because its masking it for the time being... Deca increases the synovial fluid in the bursas between our joints. So the relief from joint pain is actually more cushion. As far as healing properties versus masking symptoms? Deca is buying some time for your joints, and wont necessarily make them any worse, but when you come off of deca, synovial fluids decrease, and you are back to where you were and could be even worse...

How about you stop fkin about? Deca will NOT fix the knee.

You've been running deca for months. Of course its not effective any more. You shouldn't be cruising with it anyways. As for time off I'd say drop everything except trt for at least as long as you were on. So several months

Deca doesn't heal anything, it just masks the joint damage temporarily and let's you make it worse. Secondly, you should definitely not be cruising on deca, and of course it's losing effectiveness. Go back to just TRT for good long while at this point, and let your knee actually recover.
