I was wondering what you guys take for sleep on cycle? The type of sleep where you won’t wake up for 6 to 8 hours. I feel like a light sleeper and keep waking up alot and then crashing back out.

I can get valiums prescribed but I don’t want to go down that road yet unless someone knows a supplement or something that will help. Any recommendations?

Yeah don’t go down the Valium road if you care about your well-being. You could look into melatonin + GABA + glycine or DSIP (deep-sleep inducing peptide) - both options are affordable and worth a try imo. If these don’t work for you and you want prescription sleep meds stay away from benzos - highly addictive and will likely fuck your life up - I would try zolpidem or zopiclone - stay away from xanax, valium etc
 
I suffer with the same light sleeping here and there.

Melatonin for me was rubbish. I tried a few different brands and dosages aswel as prescribed melatonin before it was over the counter. I found that you have a 5-10 minute window where you need to allow yourself to switch off and sleep. If you miss the window then you have the worst nights sleep on it.

I’m strongly against benzo use due to seeing multiple people ruin their lives with addiction.

For me personally magnesium at night and putting my phone down well before bed time is what works best. But if I’ve got shit on my mind it’s easier said then done

Bro DSIP is apparently great for sleep and also CJC - 1295 really helps with keeping you in a deep sleep cycle perfect for recovery. Pls dont go down the benzo route u will end up so much worse

Zolpidem is still highly addictive but totally agree with you on DSIP it is said to work wonders
 
I use DSIP from time to time as it does work. I find about an 30-60min after I have it I feel like it's easier to get to sleep as well as an improvement on sleep quality. Now it's no benzo but it works well enough for me to continue to use it.

I was thinking about this ages ago but didn’t get one
I've couldn't get on with mine. But I know alot of people who rate them highly.

I tend to stop my cycle when my sleep becomes to interrupted. I find gear really interferes.

I've used Restavit and also Phenergen, both are anti-histamines and can cause serious groginess upon waking up. I am pairing melatonin at 6mg with a full phenergen 20mg and a Catapress tab and it's made a decent difference but nothing to really write home about. I'm also interested in trying this DSIP. If it does what it says, I will be fucking stoked.
 
Unfortunately this is the game we play. Androgens do provide a stimulating effect as they do bind to sites in the brain. Some are affected more so than others. But whatever you do, don't just throw more drugs to fix the issue (seems like you know that already) try every other path including reducing blue light exposure before bed. There's so much in sleep hygiene and it's the one thing as a coach I battle with regarding clients as it's so multifactorial.
 
here is the thing about sleep that is the most valuable info you will get

when you take things to help you sleep, you get inferior sleep. sleep meds the strongest they are, the less optimal sleep you will get. even supplements that you take will give you inferior sleep
its important to get as natural of sleep as possible without the use of aids.

sleeping on a consistent schedule
not keep electronics in your room
wearing blue blocker glasses if you must use electronics.
avoiding caffeine and other stims
lots of things you can do

Tom Brady sleeps in a re-inforced room on the most optimal mattress, pillows, keeps the temperature perfect, humidity perfect, even the oxygen in the room is perfect, its dark and quiet. the common man cannot afford all that but we can do as much as we can to get there.
