Volunteered as a coach for my sons soccer team keeps my schedule stacked at the moment. also, Just life my guy, been busy with work and the kiddos stuff. Have just been trying to squeeze in push ups here and there is all have been doing and that has been sparse at best.
Was asked what I was doing when caught doing push ups at my desk at work lol.
Hoping work will slow down and the kiddos activities will get better., the season ends in the next 3-4 weeks.
Unless we crush it and go to finals. THAT WOULD BE COOL!
Man I do get alot of enjoyment out of it, there ages 9-11 so its not super competitive or anything, well some kids/parents get serious but Our Team the Tigers....were out here to kickass and have a blast. I have them do drills most of practice but I try to have fun with the kids. We had a goof practice cause it started raining on us. Sometimes last 10 minutes we have a free for all coach/me is the goalie, this is were I dump all the practice balls on field and have all the kids come and try to make a goal on me. This is their top thing they ask to do it. lol I think they like kicking the balls at me. lol OH well its made the team so much closer and like I said the smiles and joy I see when we play and practice. Good Shit! I would recommend anybody that has never coached before to at least try or very least asst. coach. @LevButlerovah coaching thats noble bro I like it

Thank you @LevButlerov for checking in on me. I have been busy with Life lately and had been kinda letting my workouts go to the wayside. Squeezed one in today due to your post today. Thanks brother. I def dont have the drive and consistency as some of yall vets and hardcore bros, but I am happy with progress on my body so far. OH! aaaand I am starting to have more of an apatite. Which is very nice. What I was wanting.

I will admit this is something I am lacking is not tracking my meals well. Weighing and meal prep. However it is not like I am throwing caution to the wind either I feel, as I constantly make healthier choices and try to eat as much as I can when I can. Also cooking at home all the time. Saves money. So far the scale has been steady at 163 though. That's good I guess
