I will admit this is something I am lacking is not tracking my meals well. Weighing and meal prep. However it is not like I am throwing caution to the wind either I feel, as I constantly make healthier choices and try to eat as much as I can when I can. Also cooking at home all the time. Saves money. So far the scale has been steady at 163 though. That's good I guess 🤷‍♂️

Been out of the loop for a bit. Took a break through the holidays to just decompress and reset. Was losing motivation an drive due to fatigue and lack of weight gain. Will start another log and X this one as I did not keep on it as i should and really nothing came out of it.
Stay tuned for more...keep yalls eye open for my new log Ill need some advise as to my approach this time around. thanks guys and gals

working on actually preparing these meals this week and see how it all pans out. Ill try to get pics as I go, I'm always really bad about that though. lol love eating don't really even mind cooking when I have the time but Im usually crunched for time most days. As we are all I would assume. Any advice or tweaks yall see lmk I'm open to suggestions. Goal is weight gain and build mass. Plan to up calories as i get back into swing of hard working out as Ill be burning up alot of calories then. ill readjust when i feel the time is needed.
