I will admit this is something I am lacking is not tracking my meals well. Weighing and meal prep. However it is not like I am throwing caution to the wind either I feel, as I constantly make healthier choices and try to eat as much as I can when I can. Also cooking at home all the time. Saves money. So far the scale has been steady at 163 though. That's good I guess![]()
@DiabolicalGainz best start a new one, waiting for itBeen out of the loop for a bit. Took a break through the holidays to just decompress and reset. Was losing motivation an drive due to fatigue and lack of weight gain. Will start another log and X this one as I did not keep on it as i should and really nothing came out of it.
