working on actually preparing these meals this week and see how it all pans out. Ill try to get pics as I go, I'm always really bad about that though. lol love eating don't really even mind cooking when I have the time but Im usually crunched for time most days. As we are all I would assume. Any advice or tweaks yall see lmk I'm open to suggestions. Goal is weight gain and build mass. Plan to up calories as i get back into swing of hard working out as Ill be burning up alot of calories then. ill readjust when i feel the time is needed.

Ill add all this to my new log as well, just to keep it in one place , but wanting advice until then, thanks guys
@DiabolicalGainz your meal prep is good bro but you do need more than 150 grams protein i would bump that up

Food sounds really good.
 
Eggs are an amazing food.

But you don't want to be eating them, they in and day out. Rotate them.
 
For sure if you eat eggs every single day, like clockwork, you would definitely develop allergies.

Good to see you're putting in the time to meal prep. I do the same thing and I end up with leftovers for the next couple days.
 
I don't have much advice on this.

Seems like you have a good protocol going but update us more on your training too.

My weight as of now is 163lbs but I am shooting to be 200lbs by fall(October). Would you suggest pound for pound for protein by body weight set to my goal. So 200g Protein is ideal or???
 
Always good to see updates from you. What are your goals specifically over the next year?
🙏 thank you brother, Gola is to build mass, i am not a very BIG guy and want to change that. So goal is bulking. I have struggled to put/keep weight on when exercising hard so I am feeling it out a little more this time. I went hard last year and was just cutting hard at first to get abs. now I need meat on my bones lol.
 
Thanks for the tips guys, ill get meal pics up as soon as I can. i of course will be trying to stick with the meals above but if there are any gotchas or eat out meals ill try to get pics of those as well. Really hoping I can keep the weight on this time around. LETS GET IT!
 
Also just wanted to give a shout out to all that reply's to my log/logs or posts really helps me keep coming back and motivates me to do better. I don't know any of yall or yalls daily walks in life but ALL seem to have a advice and knowledge to give and everyone knows knowledge is power. And Yall, are over 121 jigawatts ;) electrifying!!! thanks for the constants knowledge and support EVO 🤟
 
I like a lot of what is in your meals but I would cut out the breads and bagels. If you want carbs, bring in something else like oats. Glad to see eggs in there though. Such a great option.

I have cut carbs in the past and it makes me lose weight to quickly. I am one that needs the extra energy and reserves from carbs, i have a very fast metabolism or just burn through lots of food energy quickly. I do have oats on hand, ill throw it in on some breakfast days and for snacks, usually hit it with a little organic local honey. Yum!! Thanks for the advice.
