I feel like 4 sets for each exercise is good for me, it really has me push and def gases me out in the end.
I do feel like when I do stick with the higher set ranges and reps I see stable more consistent growth more so than if I try to just push heavy AF with low reps. To each there own. I have found this is what works for me.
 
Any advice on the undecanoate dosage/scheduling? weekly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly...high or low dose each one?
I have 3 vials coming so I would have enough to run it for a long time.
I still have 2 vials of Test-C that I can keep "low dosing" till the undecanoate reaches full saturation and I'm on a good rotation.
Any advice is appreciated 🤙

Yes sir just roll with them punches, let um slide off you, and YES I hit it again today. Check it out, went up slightly again on some exercises. Feels good even if its just 5lbs or a couple more reps passed failure than last time. 🤜-PUSHING-🤛

I also started to gravitate towards the lower rep ranges with heavier weight, you know your body well you’ll grow like a weed !

Para Pharma gear just shipped out yesterday. Watching and waiting usually get the packages about 2 weeks or so after I get tracking, will know more once packs hit the states and they start updating. Ill keep yall posted and of course get a TD pic once it arrives....shit if it arrives. 🤞 🤞
 
For the Test Undecanoate I have decide on 300mg every 3.5 days for 12 weeks weeks 1-4 I will sub in an extra 50mg of Test-C with the Test-u every 3.5 days.

So this is planed cycle-

Week 1-4
Test-C @ 50mg/3.5Days
Test-U @ 300mg/3.5days
DBol @ 10mg 4 times a day
NPP @ 50mg ED
Aromasin @ 12.5mg EOD
Cialis @ 20mg EOD

Weeks 4-9
Test-U @ 300mg/3.5days
DBol @ 10mg 4 times a day
NPP @ 50mg ED
Aromasin @ 12.5mg EOD
Cialis @ 20mg EOD

Weeks 9-12
Test-U @ 300mg/3.5days
Cialis @ 20mg EOD

Armidex, Tamoxifen, and Caber on hand
 
By looking at your photos I would increase your total cal intake to at least 3500-4000 daily.

I am trying to get my food intake up.
I really need to revisit my meals, macros and intake. Needing more calorie dense foods.
As of now I feel like im force feeding my self every meal and I get a super weighed down feeling all day most days until the food kind of digested. Makes it tough to want to hit high caloric intakes. BUT, Yes I agree with you I am to lean and need some more mass on my body, does feel nice not to be fat though. lol

Hence the BULK for this log, again I am hoping once I start DBol and NPP it will increase my appetite and help me get more food in. Still need to revisit the meals I think though.

A bulk meal for me if I was your leanness would be pasta and most likely chicken Parmasean and or lasagna.

Anything with cheese is cal dense and goes down easy. Ice cream also goes down easy if you need extra cals. As long as you're getting your quality protein anything is fair game.

Something I found to really make me hungry is MK677.

Do you have budget for steak? 2 steaks per day is a good start for bulking with sweet potato yams, easy to cook both and meal prep

on the cycle, a few notes
dbol, you dont need 4x/day dosing it has a long half life, AM/pre workout split is enough
NPP ED injections not needed, take them every 3.5days with your testosterone
cialis better take 10mgs ED than 20mgs EOD
