I am trying to get my food intake up.
I really need to revisit my meals, macros and intake. Needing more calorie dense foods.
As of now I feel like im force feeding my self every meal and I get a super weighed down feeling all day most days until the food kind of digested. Makes it tough to want to hit high caloric intakes. BUT, Yes I agree with you I am to lean and need some more mass on my body, does feel nice not to be fat though. lol
Hence the BULK for this log, again I am hoping once I start DBol and NPP it will increase my appetite and help me get more food in. Still need to revisit the meals I think though.
What is yalls go to BULK meal?
