Dosages where going off steroid plotter for the most stable levels. Not really to keen on the ED shot with the NPP either. I'll switch to your suggestions on the NPP. I feel the DBol is good as it is with dosage. Might be eating crow later but that's kinda point of these logs is to see what works, right? The Undecanoate was chosen from curiosity and money stand point. I do have vials of test-c on hand as well. Thank you for the tips my brother
 
I am trying to get my food intake up.
I really need to revisit my meals, macros and intake. Needing more calorie dense foods.
As of now I feel like im force feeding my self every meal and I get a super weighed down feeling all day most days until the food kind of digested. Makes it tough to want to hit high caloric intakes. BUT, Yes I agree with you I am to lean and need some more mass on my body, does feel nice not to be fat though. lol

Hence the BULK for this log, again I am hoping once I start DBol and NPP it will increase my appetite and help me get more food in. Still need to revisit the meals I think though.


What is yalls go to BULK meal?

but ED no need, 2 shots/week is enough IMO
The point of the LOG is to test what works with the EVO family support and you have our love and support.

Don't be afraid to add lots of healthy fats to increase calories too. Just make sure you are getting enough protein in as well. Get fatty cuts of meat, eat fatty fish, avocados, whole eggs, etc.
