get rest and update usFull rest day yesterday and an "active" rest day for today. Hit the yard work pretty hard today so will be chilling out recovering and eating for the rest of the day.![]()
I am sure you would be ok if you cycled it during a bulk cycle. I think before bed would still make u hungry during the day. Deca or NPP should also help your appetite.Been looking at that as well from you last suggestion of it. I have read that it up regulates your GH and IGF-1. and that you have a risk of developing diabetes or risk of hyperglycemic. Is this something I need to watch out for or is it one of those things that it is possible but at high doses over a long period of time. Due to GH and IGF-1 manipulation. I do not plan to take MK677 for a long period just during cycle? I read you should take it in morning if you want appitite and before bed if you want to try to "sleep" through it. I had read that you did that and woke up trying to eat the world!! lol Thoughts on dosages and risks versus reward?

Had a great session at the Gym last night. Had some mental stuff that I was working through as well. Which I feel helped me push HARD! Been eating more Pasta fats and carbs. Spaghetti w/ no 3% fat cottage cheese, Way more oats in the morning, Basmati rice w/ most meals, trying to drink 2 glasses of whole milk with every meal now as well. This is the first week I think I haven't lost weight but maintained my weight since last weigh in. The uptick in calories seems to be working but damn I need some NPP and DBol stat to help with my hunger. and push me into eating everything lol
weight=163lbs was at 162'8 last week around this time.
