Hey Evo Family, I’m starting a new log for my second cycle. This will be another bulk. My goals are pretty simple: to put on overall size and to increase strength.
I just turned 43 years old. I’m 5’10” and I currently weigh 203lbs. I don’t know what my body fat is at right now. I’m guessing that it’s still around 15%. Maybe less.

I’m not sure how this will go, as I’ve never ran npp. I’ve also never ran dbol for more than a 2 week trial that I did in between these cycles. I’m very excited about this run and I’m just hoping for gains!
Really would like to be between 210-215lbs post cycle/kept weight.

I’m having trouble breaking this 200-205lbs plateau. So looking to crush that while on.
I’m running all Geneza Pharmaceuticals that I got from NapsGear.

12 Week Cycle:

NPP/GP Phenyl 100: 400mg / week / weeks 1-12 (1.3mL / 3 times a week or 200mL / 2 times a week)
Test Cyp/GP Test C250: 350mg / week / weeks 1-8
Test Prop/GP Test Prop 100: 200mg / week / weeks 9-12
Test Cyp: 100mg / week / weeks 9-12 and that will continue through my bloodwork and likely stay the same as I continue on TRT
Dbol/GP Methan 10: 30mg / day / week 1
Dbol/GP Methan 10: 40mg / day / weeks 2-7
Proviron: 50mg / day / weeks 1-12
Anastrozole: 0.5mg / E.O.D. / weeks 1-12

I originally chose short esters for both injectables. But I realized that I had enough Testosterone Cypionate to run a longer ester for the majority of the cycle. This will allow me to reduce injection frequency and quantity for most of the cycle. I will still need to switch to testosterone propionate towards the end. I need to get my numbers down before my required bloodwork, in roughly 16 weeks. Have to keep my Dr. happy.

If I could get some advice on the NPP, I would appreciate it. Can I just pin 200mg twice a week? Or do I need to pin 3 times a week?

Also, should I cut some of the proviron in half and do 1.5 pills, roughly 37mg, a day or just take 50mg a day?

I will be running some organ support as well. I have a bottle of N2 Guard to get me started.

On the short esters, you dont need 3 weeks of propionate for bloods, 2 weeks are fine and 1 week FULLY off for bloods trust me.

I want to see you bulk this hard bro! :) thick city

I went one week without my trt does to make sure I wasn’t high and I tested at 98. Lol
 
Happy to see you use NPP. It’s my favorite steroid. Keep proviron at 50mg. You will need it at that level with the amount NPP u are using.
 
geneza is an awesome option. i just got me some GP var, EQ and some test. A+++ all around

Twice a week is fine on the NPP. That’s what I did and worked fine.
 
So I noted in my trt log that I had been out of the gym for 14 or 15 days. I eased back into it yesterday. Took a couple reps and sets off of my normal routine and I’m sore as hell today. But just finishing up a great session. Had so much more energy today.

Twice a week is fine on the NPP. That’s what I did and worked fine.
