I did get 315 but I cut back to work on form. Then my knee started bothering me so I stopped pushing so hard on that exercise. But it was a goal and I reached it on this cycle
 
How was trip
It was so good bro! I have some really great friends there. Got to see them and got to spend quality time with my lady. Got engaged and I’m happy with the trip.

Incline Plate Load Chest Press:

•190lbs x 9 reps

I’m going to mow back to my trt log. I have been struggling for time to conclude this cycle with some sort of write up. Instead of continuing to put it off, I’ll try a quick summary.
First of all, I want to say a big thank you to everyone who participated in this with me. I’m sure you all know by now but the feedback and encouragement and accountability helps tremendously!!
I really appreciate you all.

So I would have to say this was more successful than my first cycle. I think I went a little more aggressive on the compounds and the amount. I definitely gained size I haven’t had in years. Maybe ever. My body weight was the highest it’s ever been. I got some good definition all around. Appetite was amazing until I got off the dbol. Sex drive was on another level.
Energy and strength in the gym was incredible! As I’m feeling the compounds leave and my 100mg/week of testE takes over, I am feeling a bit tired. Lower appetite. Dropping weight. I for sure started leaning out when I went to Florida and since I’ve been back. I know I’m loosing muscle and fat. Last mass test was about 5 lbs down. Half muscle half fat. Hoping to keep my shape and get ready for a Anadrol run. I have goals of gaining size and weight. I’m very happy with the progress I made and I’m reminding myself that a weight drop is normal post cycle.
I’ll try to eat cleaner next time and more often. I’ll try to get more active with photos. I was a bit self conscious this run. Not sure why. Anyways…. Any if anyone has any questions, please ask. Otherwise, I’ll be back over on my trt log as I continue this journey.

Make sure and push yourself in the gym. Don't back off on weights. U can lower sets and total volume but keep the weights up.

Thanks bro! I was just going over that. I’m at the gym now. It seems that I’m lowering rep count on my heaviest sets. Trying to maintain my weights.

You will find out that what u eat now off cycle is going to be the most important as far as recovery goes. Eat only clean food. Make sure it has a purpose in the diet.
