Thanks dude! I wasn’t planing on running a cut for some time since I’m not as big as I want to be but I think it would be beneficial to drop some more body fat. I think I’ll be happier with the way I look while bulking again.
 
I used to like lunges but they do strain my knees a bit
Looking good. Try a good pair of knee sleeves!! Very good investment. If I do walking lunges I keep sleeves on helps a lot. Do them as a finisher set start w/o weight then add dumbbells or kettle bells. 💪🌸

My appetite has been huge lately. With that was the case for the last 12 weeks. 🙄
Anyways, the scale is moving up. Feeling pretty good. Think I’m looking forward to the cut cycle. Get this puffy face down and expose some of these gains. That will be a learning experience for me. I don’t know how to do it. Lol
Kinda hoping I can still put on muscle mass running some compounds I’ve never ran. Anyways, I have a little while to study up.
Here’s tonight’s session. Went well. Lower back pumps and forearm pumps got me. And grip strength was tough finishing out today. But I got it done and it’s time to relax.

Okay guys and gals…. I have to take a week off from the gym. Hopefully it’s not longer. Getting the ole vasectomy tomorrow and they say it’s a 3 day rest and then no lifting for at least a week. I didn’t know that when I scheduled it.
Anyways, will be good to get that over with.
Had a killer leg day!! Did a high rep set to finish my hack squats. That was brutal!
Legs are dead!
Weight is up. Maybe the superdrol. Really it’s the only thing that makes sense.. my weight hasn’t moved in weeks.
Trying to decide if I should keep taking it on my deload week. Taking advice. Haha

So far. It’s been good pumps and good strength. But I’ve only done 10mg in the am and 20mg before a lift. I think I’m taking it too late too. Like 45 mins before I lift. Seems to really kick in about 1.5hrs or so.
 
So I decided to get a lift in before the procedure. Ran a bit short on time but still had a great session.
Vasectomy went well. Really hoping for minimal pain and swelling in the next couple of days.
Doctor said I could lift in a week but to avoid squats or legs.. I laughed because so many don’t like training legs and these are the doctor’s orders… 🤣🤣
