Looking good. Try a good pair of knee sleeves!! Very good investment. If I do walking lunges I keep sleeves on helps a lot. Do them as a finisher set start w/o weight then add dumbbells or kettle bells.I used to like lunges but they do strain my knees a bit

So far. It’s been good pumps and good strength. But I’ve only done 10mg in the am and 20mg before a lift. I think I’m taking it too late too. Like 45 mins before I lift. Seems to really kick in about 1.5hrs or so.Superdrol is fun huh?
