Diet and training during test-deca cycle

Hi Bros, according to start soon a test-deca cycle, should be correct a diet about 400grams cho2, 200grams P, and clean fat(Omega 3.6.9, etc).
While a 4 days week of training, dividing body in legs-shoulders-biceps and back-chest-triceps twice a week. Using for every exercices a High range of intensity like pyramidal, rest pause, tri-set, giant set etc. Coulde be correct?
 
Couple of question what's your goal, weight, body fat? Why for 400 grams? Etc.

I am 183 centimetres 74 kilos,very clean low BF, i m running about 250 grams of Cho2, so i d like to improve cho2 at 400, then start testo deca cycle.

Diet looks good. I would bump up your protein intake to 300g of protein per day.

Workout plan looks good. Remember to add in some cardio. If you are trying to gain mass you don't want to do excessive amounts of cardio but 20-30 minutes 2-3 days per week is very important for heart health and conditioning.

The main problem is that both deca and test are known to cause a lot of water retention if you aren't using the proper support supplements with your cycle.

Remember to include the proper support supplements with your cycle:
1. An AI to keep estrogen in the low-normal range. Aromasin at 10mg EOD is a good dosage.
2. An anti-prolactin drug to keep prolactin in the low-normal range. Cabergoline at 0.25mg EOD is a good dosage.

The support supplements are very important because high estrogen and prolactin levels can lead to side effects like gyno and water retention.

Here is how I would run your cycle:

Weeks 1 - 14 <- It's best to do long and mild cycles with deca because it has such a long ester
testosterone e/cyp 500mg/week
deca 300mg/week
aromasin 12.5mg every other day
cabergoline 0.25mg every other day

Muskate thank you a lot for the answers!! I m following your advices, Expecially for protein and cardio. I m reversing so in a couple of months i hope to start cycle!! I ll write new post in cycle and at the end of it. See you soon!!

Probably thats not what you want to hear, but you seem WAYYYY too light to even consider gear

You are right mate, but as I said,i am clean with a low body fat, so First of all i want to bulk naturally, when i am going to stop bulking and becoming fat, i will start with aas

@muskate got you well covered on the diet itself. However, I would like to underline the fact that the diet does not really change depending on the compounds that you use - it is mostly about eating healthy, what will contribute to your goals, and depending on your individual traits - some people need to eat more, others less. Never forget to listen to your body, and use others only as a guideline - not as a manual.

You right mate too, feeling body is the way. For that reason i want put more cho2, because no weght is raising. With no fat too. Maybe because i was a soccer player, my metabolism burn everything.

a lot of guys ask how they should eat or workout on steroids like it is some magic thing.

whatever worked for you before steroids, will work even better on.. steroids will help you recover faster from your workouts, help you get stronger, and help you build muscle easier.

Good idea man. You will be able to add a ton of mass once you start eating and training to bulk. You really want to get that base build up before cycling. Otherwise you are basically wasting your cycle by getting gains you would have got naturally anyways.
