man some of the food I seen on here looks way too good to be healthy! Had I ran into this years ago I would be in a ton better shape. Anyways I been showing some of these food pics I see to my girl trying to get her to duplicate it.

definitely trust the process
Sometimes I have to remind myself of that. Only thing here new to me is clean eating, but still sometimes I get frustrated not seeing results as quick as I’d like, but I know how it goes it won’t be easy or fast. Just got to stay on track tho.

Training
AM Jog around the lake. 35 minutes topped and walked for 2 minutes. Moderate pace
Crunches (machine) 80lbs 4x20
Dumbbell twists 60lbs 3x25,1x20
Sidebends 35lbs 3x25 ea side
Roman chair leg lifts 3x15 LT, RT,CT

Diet
Breakfast-none
Protein bar after jog
Lunch-none
Protein shake after weights
Dinner-6oz chicken breast, 1 cup rice, 1 cup grilled broccoli
Dinner 2-6oz chicken breast


Hope yall are doing great! Appreciate all the compliments, comments and suggestions I got from everyone today. Feeling a little tired today, to be honest there was some temptation to skip today, but I’m 4 days away from rest day and there’s too much to be done to get lazy. Eating didn’t start off good and as of writing this I haven’t eaten that 2nd dinner yet but I will within the next hour. That’ll be late eating for me but I skipped breakfast and lunch and I’m feeling guilty about it and don’t want to slip back into my once a day eating habits. Plus I feel like another chicken breast won’t be too much. Hope yall are having a great night!

try to get oatmeal overnight, soak it in milk and leave in fridge overnight so AM you can eat it easy bro

Oh God that’s a disaster lol. Thanks man! I’m going to try that tonight then. Works out good. The warden will still be asleep when I wake up so she’ll appreciate me not waking her up to make me breakfast!

Oh man I can only imagine that smell that’s exactly why I double bag food lol. I’ve got enough meals made to cover me for lunch and dinner at work and a few extras in case the ol lady gets called in. Today I skipped lunch just because I wasn’t feeling ready to eat when lunch time came around, but I did eat that second chicken breast for dinner so I sorta made up for it. Meal prep sure makes life a lot easier.
