man some of the food I seen on here looks way too good to be healthy! Had I ran into this years ago I would be in a ton better shape. Sometimes I have to remind myself of that. Only thing here new to me is clean eating, but still sometimes I get frustrated not seeing results as quick as I’d like, but I know how it goes it won’t be easy or fast. Just got to stay on track tho.definitely trust the process
to be honest so far it’s not been much of a struggle, I feel like the more I learn the better it’ll get.diet is gaining a little bit better but we still can improve it a lot more

Hope yall are doing great! Appreciate all the compliments, comments and suggestions I got from everyone today. Feeling a little tired today, to be honest there was some temptation to skip today, but I’m 4 days away from rest day and there’s too much to be done to get lazy. Eating didn’t start off good and as of writing this I haven’t eaten that 2nd dinner yet but I will within the next hour. That’ll be late eating for me but I skipped breakfast and lunch and I’m feeling guilty about it and don’t want to slip back into my once a day eating habits. Plus I feel like another chicken breast won’t be too much. Hope yall are having a great night!

Oh man I can only imagine that smell that’s exactly why I double bag food lol. I’ve got enough meals made to cover me for lunch and dinner at work and a few extras in case the ol lady gets called in. Today I skipped lunch just because I wasn’t feeling ready to eat when lunch time came around, but I did eat that second chicken breast for dinner so I sorta made up for it. Meal prep sure makes life a lot easier.@Ns5905 for sure lol the smell in my car haha
