Diuretic recommendation

I was looking for a recommendation for a good quality diuretic. Any help would be great thanks!

the only time you should mess with diuretics is if you are on the eve of a competition and if you don't know how to use it you should hire a coach to guide you or it can backfire.

They are dangerous and I do not recommend using them.

You want to use a potassium sparing diuretic but unless you are doing a bodybuilding competition - I DONT recommend it.

Prescription diuretics put a lot of strain on the kidneys.

Never used one but I hear they can be quite dangerous!
