some gym guys telling me to do dmaa its effective and works well before preworkout where can I get some dmaa?

I wouldn't bother with dmaa. It can be effective but has some nasty side effects. It is basically just another strong stimulant. You are much better off with a good quality meal before a workout. DSpark with maybe a small cup of coffee would be safer and more effective.

using stimulants pre workout seems to be growing amongst the younger lifters and becoming an addiction/habit.

I would be very leery of doing that as it will have long term consequences

Do yourself a favor - don't use stim based pre-workout supplements. They are not all that good, and they are definitely bad for your health. Besides, they are habit creating...

Sincerely, I use pre-workout supplements that don't have stims in them. I really love coffee, and I would not be able to take it on a daily basis if I used stim based preworkouts, as this would be way too much for my adrenal receptors, and would get the contrary effects. Therefore, DSpark has been the best supplement for me for the last 5 or so years, and I never looked back to any other products. It gives me great energy, and awesome pumps without any of the side effects related to strong dosages of stims.

DMAA is chemically almost identical to speed. It will rev you up for your workout, no question, only to have you crash hard afterwards. It will sky rocket cortisol levels and lead to adrenal fatigue. In the long run, you will be worse off supplementing with it.

If you are looking for a boost before training, drink a small cup of black coffee. If you need anything more then that to train, you need to re-evaluate your training and nutrition big time.

DMAA has side effects that include depression, anxiety, vomiting, loss of consciousness, chest pain, and even death. Stay away from it. It is garbagio.
