if i combine that multivitamin with a strong omega3 supplement and milk thistle will it be as good as N2Guard?

It doesn't compare. And why would you cycle vitamins anymore than you'd cycle a food source.

And calories? In a 1g (max) capsule. C'mon. Why would the amount of calories in a gram be an issue?

@Friendly Dolphin i dont cycle my multi vitamins
and what you showing above is NOT even close to n2guard

if you cant afford n2guard, how can you afford to buy steroids?
im not sure what you mean and where are you located bro?

thanks for replying
i think because most of those multivitamins contain the 100% value of daily intake and some even more but food doesn't compare to that amount so i think it will be bad for the body to run those 100% values long term especially for the fat soluble vitamins.
and for the calories part, since it contains omega 3 (low amount 50mg) but it also contains a lot of other oils so i don't know about them but you're right i shouldn't worry about it that much since its just a capsule.

@Friendly Dolphin 100% daily value means nothing for bodybuilding

No. The correct reply is 100% of the recommended daily dose. As who knows how good your diet is? Now ask yourself when that info was put together. - its circa the 1950's

And (this has been confirmed by the FDA in the US) food has less nutritional value NOW vs then.

If it bothers you that much have a half tablet or one capsules every other day.

Again there's no comparison to N2Guard. Just read the ingredients

it doesn't even have tudca or liver supplements.

just pay for n2guard and do it the right way

@stevesmi hello,
yes i considered that as well, i wish i could order it even if i can afford i think it doesn't ship on amazon or any other websites to my country its always unavailable or out of stock.
that's why i was thinking about combining that multivitamin among other stuff like omega3 and milk thistle, liv52, NAC and tudca i could buy those from locals as well

good quality tudca alone is $30+

if you want to sacrifice your health and sure go the cheap route
