Yep. I slept with so many women I'm surprised my dick didn't fall off. This was while walking around at 140 lbs at 5'10". Lol. My wife isn't even more attracted me now that I have about 40 more lbs of muscle. She was actualluly less attracted to me when I was even bigger. It is true that women will notice muscles like they would a cute puppy but I don't think it helps get further than that with most women.
Exactly right. Ive been with my wife 20 years. When we started dating I was 140 lbs like you. I was skinny as fuck and had no problems getting girls before her....granted back then I was in my 20s. I now weigh almost 200 and very lean. It didn't make her more attracted to me at all. But everywhere we go she notices a lot more than me and points out those that stare, which is almost 100% of the time dudes. Some women are even turned off by it. But my wife knows and understands I do what I do for me. Its my passion and what I enjoy.
There is a balance to what attracts women in general but mostly its game. There are exceptions on both ends.
Fat Ass Guy --- implies you may be lazy, lack self control, and motivation
Normal Size --- just your average dude that has to have or needs game.
Body Builder --- nothing wrong with it if that is what you want but some people associate that with being unnatural looking.
Fit Athletic Muscular Guy ---- shows discipline and a work ethic that could transfer over to other parts of life. Some still see it as being vein especially for older guys.
I'm 5'8" 185 at sub 10% 32" waist and 52 yrs old . I was with a lady half my age recently. When I took my shirt off she said "damn let me touch you" We got to talking about age and she guessed mine 12yrs younger than I am. THAT is why I do it --- plus I feel better mentally and physically. I can't keep from getting old but I don't have to look it or act like it.
