I’m worried if I order PSL they will not be able to ship them to me
what is the new rules on that and anyone have any issues?
the only way to know what's going through is to open the package.
At that point whether there is glass or plastic or other material, you are still screwed.

I have never heard of this being a thing.
The post office will still ship glass, so much of other markets rely on this.
The post office has been shipping glass since the day it was established.
