I’m looking to do a lean bulker. Using both deca and primo. Plan on fluctuating, my calories between 2 and 3000 per day. And I would like to increase my protein. Plan on doing 60% protein from my macros.
I’m 48 years old, I’m 6’2”, and this will be my third cycle.
I think that I’m going to do Deca 400 mg a week and then double up the Primo to 800 mg a week.
With this be good for a 14 week cycle, or would you do something else?
